Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Newport Beach

We had a super stay at Aileen's place (again!). She keeps her property spotless and the kitchen has all the items you could ever need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner at home. Coffee, tea, water bottles, soda is abundantly stocked. Aileen answers right away and checking in is simple. The condo is less than 5 minutes walk fron 2nd Street but, there is always plenty of (safe) street parking available.

David’s home was exactly as pictured and truly exceeded our expectations. David’s communication was quick and clear - very helpful! The location is very convenient being close to night life but not close enough to hear all the rambunctiousness. It’s incredibly close to the water and my partner and I enjoyed the very short walk to the water. Parking can be a little tight but we managed to find spots each night. I would absolutely recommend this bnb!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

i enjoyed my stay at darla's airbnb! walkable distant to the beach, lots to do in the area. darla was helpful when i had questions, even spoke with her briefly in person and she was very friendly (and so were her dogs!) will consider staying again in the future! (:

Rosie is such a forthcoming host and always prompt to respond. The house is wonderful, bright, clean, spacious, and looks better than in photos. If you’re looking for a cozy home in a safe neighborhood and not too far from downtown, look no further!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Laura’s! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights for us was the private, fenced yard—our dogs absolutely loved it! The thoughtful touch of little doggie treats made them feel just as welcome as we did. The space was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly appreciated Laura’s hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Thomas and Cecilia were very responsive to our requests. They accommodated additional requests we had other than what was published in the listing. The patio was awesome. I would definitely go back if I visit Santa Ana again.

Troy’s place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and more. It was easy to get in and we felt right at home. We’re beyond grateful for our stay and would definitely love to stay here again. Troy was also very responsive and kind. The space was perfect for my little family and I.

Super convenient to the beach! You could barely park any closer than what we walked - less than half a block. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Had all the amenities needed! Worked perfectly for us!

Great communication and very responsive to messages and my questions right from the start! Brian is very friendly and accommodating to my different needs for the stay. The place is very cozy and homey, just like a home away from home, located right in the heart of San Clemente. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay for a weekend getaway!

Walkable sites and beach nearby with many amenities as advertised, including some welcoming surprises in the fridge and interesting gadgets in the home. The best stocked kitchen with supplies and items needed for cooking and serving that we've ever experienced in a Airbnb. Sorry that we didn't notice them or we would have saved money on restaurants. Basically kidding as we ate very well.
