Levy, place was very comfortable and felt like home. She was responsive and let us check out late at no cost. There were extras everything you could think of: towels, sheets, paper towel, tissue, condiments, shower gel, body wash… lord everything.!!! I will most definitely stay again!!!!

The heated pool and spa was amazing and our toddlers loved it while the weather was a bit chilly. We loved that there was a gate to prevent kids from going into the pool and it felt extra safe staying there. We greatly appreciated the variety of toys available for them to play and choose from. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Gina was very responsive when we had any concerns or questions.

Instructions for check in & out were super easy. Bed was super comfy and the shower has really good pressure and hot water. Overall had an AMAZING stay and would book here in an instant.

I rarely write reviews, but I just have to for this home! It is incredibly warm and inviting, and the kitchen is exceptionally clean and well-stocked. I found every cooking tool I needed, including a rice cooker and a steamer—such a thoughtful touch! A special thank you to the host for providing children’s books—my two kids absolutely loved them! The house also comes with its own garage, making it the most convenient place I’ve ever stayed. The study desk was perfectly placed, and my children enjoyed doing their homework there every day. No wonder this home has such high ratings—it truly deserves it! The beds and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend who’s coming to LA soon, and I told her to book it right away. After staying here for three nights, we moved to another city, and my son said, “Mom, I’m scared. I wish we could go back to the house in Laguna Hills.” That says it all—we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay near downtown for a family wedding. The bed was very comfortable and communication was great.

This cozy little accommodation is all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It is 20 min (give or take with traffic) to Disneyland and about the same to the beach. It was super easy to find and not far from two major highways. The outside of the home is adorable with white picket fence and blooming tree in the front yard. Many dining options within walking distance, or a short drive away. Hot tub was a major bonus at this find, and plenty of towels available. Kitchen was spotless with well working and clean appliances, though a dish drying rack would have been nice. Overall, a great little place to stay with a small group or small family wanting a centrally located place between many SoCal attractions.

We enjoyed the location and the property both. The kitchen is great and well stocked. The bedrooms are perfect for privacy. And the living room, very comfortable and has a great view of the sunset. The host is responsive and we had a great day. Plus the outdoor space is a huge bonus.

The house is really beautiful and cozy, with one bedroom on the first floor and 3 on the second. We came here with 6 persons and the bathroom is enough for all of us. We made meals every single day and Cheryl prepared a lot of different seasoners for us which is really helpful for us. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is just fine. Fashion Island and Spectrum are only 20 minutes drive. We will come back for sure if we pay another visit to Irvine next time and will definitely introduce this nice place to our friends. Thank you Cheryl for always very nice and responsive.

Rachel’s place was warm, inviting, convenient and easy. The location is perfect. Rachel made the stay personalized with thoughtful touches like waters for when we arrived, pool towels clean and set out ready to use and she even had travel toothpaste and toothbrushes :)

Edward's place was perfect for our weekend trip. We loved the garage and private patio. Edward went above and beyond to accommodate some requests and we really appreciated it. Thanks again!

Very comfortable house. There is traffic noise but it never worried us. Canal walks were lovely. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Disneyland and other LA attractions

Loved the stay. Place was very clean & everything looked exactly like the pictures. Loved the attached garage, made parking very easy. Instructions were clear and very accurate. 10/10 would recommend booking. Will be booking again in the near future.

Very cute and cozy house. Our family of 4 stayed for 8 days and we had a perfect stay. Location is great and the house has all the amenities we needed. The pool is heated and we were able to enjoy it on one of our days. Would stay here again.

This house was perfect! it was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. There are plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. a keurig and drip coffee. Eve was very quick to respond with any questions I had up to the day we checked in. after check in, everything was great and I never had to contact her for anything. she did contact me the night we checked in to be sure everything was as expected. We will most definitely be staying at Eve's place again during our annual family vacations.

I'm grateful for the fantastic stay! The place was tidy and very welcoming to our family of 15. The communication was clear, and Trung was quick to respond, which we appreciated. We loved the spacious kitchen and heated pool. Our family was blown away by how comfortable the mattresses were and how baby-friendly the property was, with the travel crib and high chair available. We liked the space in the living room where we could all lounge on the big couch and watch movies. The residence is conveniently located to Disneyland, shops, and shopping centers. Again, thank you for attending to all of our requests and ensuring that we had a safe, relaxing and pleasurable stay! We look forward to booking with you again.
