Rick is an incredibly friendly and welcoming host! The place is absolutely beautiful and cozy, surrounded by lush greenery. It's conveniently close to the PATH station, in a charming and safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates beauty, privacy, and comfort!

This is truly a home away from home! Louis's listing was very accurate. My cousin and mother stayed here twice before and raved about it, so it was a no-brainer when we needed to come to New Jersey at the last minute to help my ailing aunt. I literally had no complaints! I felt safe and the location was great (ask anybody who is from Jersey lol). The room and bathroom were super clean, which can be hard to find at times. Louis was very responsive and all around nice. You can tell that he and his wife really take care of their home and want all of their guests to feel like family. He literally went above and beyond for us during a difficult time. I will always stay at Louis' place anytime I have to come to New Jersey especially since he has another space that can accommodate more guests.

Rick was always responsive and even helped with some last minute changes. Also recommended a nice ferry ride. Too add, even William was always helpful. Overall had a great stay. Walkable to the Grove station PATH, many cafes nearby. The place was super clean and as shown in the pictures.

It's always a pleasure staying with Maria. She's a very thoughtful and attentive host. This is my second stay at Maria's and already booked a third stay. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Sitting in the large swivel chair and staring out the French Doors in the morning and in the evening is a delight, the backyard is like it's own little forest. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with convenient parking and a warm welcoming host.

Alvaro and Manny were great hosts. Their place was in a great location. And easy to get into the city. Lots of restaurants close by. Would recommend and would stay there again. Thanks again.

I stopped at Lily’s house for 3 nights as a female solo traveller. It was my first time visiting NYC and Lily was super helpful! On the first morning, she walked to the bus stop with me, and made sure I knew which bus to get to get to and from Manhattan. She was super hospitable, really made you feel at home. The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was always clean with fresh towels etc, and the home is beautiful! The area of Leonia is a lovely suberb, very peaceful and tranquil. Location wise - it takes around 35/40 minutes to reach Manhattan, and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk down the road. I would absolutely stay with Lily again if I came back to NYC. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Nergis is a great host and was very friendly with my dog. She offered me coffee and tea. The room is spacious, although the bed is small (only big enough for one person). I was glad to have a small desk. I was happy to meet a cute dog and a friendly cat who were staying there.

The house is beautiful, located in a very safe and quiet area. It is a beautiful place to go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful days. Lily is a great host, very warm and respectful. I stayed in her house just the days she was organizing her daughter's birthday and even so she was always attentive to me and my needs. I would definitely come back

I had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, just as described, and looked exactly like the photos. The host was incredibly friendly and provided clear instructions, making check-in and the stay seamless. All the amenities were exactly as listed and in great condition. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience—I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

The house is lovely, bright, lots of light. There is privacy as no houses are nearby. Appliances are top notch, beds are comfortable. The host responds quickly to any questions. This is a great place to stay.

Victoria is super professional and helpful. We are waiting to close on our home and this is the perfect place to be while we wait. Victoria is so responsive and solves problems in no time.

Well....this was our 4th stay here, I think - that should speak volumes on a really terrific Airbnb to chose. This, when available on the dates, is our primary 'go-to' when we are in the area, as we know what the house is all about and the great comms we have constantly with Victoria! This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.
