House vacation rentals in New York

Fantastic place lots of room for my brother and I and our families including 3 small children. The place was super child friendly. There was plenty of floor space for pack-n-plays as well as my daughter’s blackout tent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The bathrooms were clean and great with toddlers. Our only unexpected surprise was the airport noise from planes taking off flying over. This caused minor issues during bedtime due to it continuing to distract the toddlers. But once they noise machines were on all was good. We would use the place again. Silvia was a fantastic host and we enjoyed making use of her home for a one night stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good night's rest. Close to a grocery store. Perfect for a business trip. Place was very clean. So thankful I found this gem on Airbnb.

What a great price for 3 separate bedrooms! The shower felt really nice. Water pressure was a lot better than what I'm used to at home.

Absolutely gorgeous Airbnb that is exactly as described! I am a clean freak and I have to stay this place was spotless, fresh, and clean! I have honestly never stayed in a Airbnb where I felt I could use the kitchen utensils/plates without washing them first until we stayed here. Also, the sheets were crisp white and fresh like a super nice hotel. Bottles of water, coffee, tea, and some candy were available when we arrived. To top it all off this place was dog friendly which made it feel even more like home. This place was a 10/10 for our NYC Half Marathon trip!!!! The only tiny downside was that it was a 18 min walk from the metro (3,4 lines) into manhattan, which was a little farther than we hoped. However, the nightly rate was great, it was homey, pet friendly, the host was accommodating/friendly/responsive/, the area was quiet, and the entire place was sparkling clean so the 18 mins walk was not a big deal at all for us. Highly recommend!!!!

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL, JUST DIDN'T LIKE THAT THERE WAS NO STOVE. WILL I RENT AGAIN... YES, IF I HAD TO DO ANOTHER ONE NIGHT, DUE TO NO STOVE. OTHER THAN THAT... SHE IS VERY SWEET, KIND, and ON POINT. I LOVED THE AREA. I WAS NOT BOTHERED BY HER. I REALLY LOOOVED MY STAY.

Very easy and quick check in. We loved having two parking spots on the property. Lots of rooms and beds for a big group. Place was very clean! Having a bus stop so close to the place that would take us into the city was really helpful! The floors and walls are a bit thin so if you’re a light sleeper might be hard if some part of your group snores or goes to bed later. We didn’t have any issues with neighbor noise since the whole place was occupied by us. One thing we wish was a bit different was a bigger kitchen/dining area but we also weren’t unhappy with two kitchens and eating areas.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting American dream mall or NY.

Renee's home was perfect. I live locally and needed a place for my sister and her family to stay during a family event. My sister had her kids with her - the game-room was excellent and the backyard was nice for them to get outside and throw a ball around. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. It snowed the 2nd night - the walkway, driveway and sidewalk were the first ones on the block cleaned. Miraculously cleared before she went out for coffee. I highly recommend Renee's home.

Maria was the best host ever! 10/10 would definitely rent again. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for my stay and was very sure to let me know if I needed anything to make my stay better she would accommodate.

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Perri was a very responsive and accommodating host. The check in process was easy and flexible. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the subway.

Very peaceful and clean environment, host was responsive and polite, and even went out of their way to assist us when we had accidentally locked ourselves out during a midnight medical emergency. Sent a message with the expectation that a response won’t come in until some hours later due to it being midnight, but each time I’ve messaged this host, day or night, they were exceptionally quick to respond. Overall the experience was very positive. Would recommend both this Airbnb and this host.

It was nothing short of amazing. My mother and some family were in town for a family event and there was a problem with other airbnb causing cancellations. Mikail was able to accommodate us within a hour. It was beautiful and the stay was short but cute. Wonderful conversation. Thank you again.

Manuel's home was absolutely beautiful and a delight to stay in with our large family. Beautiful neighborhood, nicely decorated, and felt right at home (especially with our toddler, older child, and two older parents).

Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

My partner and I had the most wonderful weekend at the Long Beach Bungalow! Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bungalow itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. We especially loved the little thoughtful touches, and the comfortable bed, which made it feel like a home away from home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless, providing great recommendations and being responsive to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again! We really enjoyed our stay at Ya & Diego's home. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures and the location was perfect. We were able to get downtown within 8 minutes, Harbor Point was only approximately 10 - 12 minutes, and the new Whole Foods market was 1/2 mile away, so it was very convenient. Diego was extremely responsive before, during, and after our trip. We look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the yard and pool which will make the stay even nicer!

This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.
