Vacation rentals with a hot tub in New Orleans

Perfect getaway spot for us. My 13 year old loves to fish and the spot was heaven for him. House was perfect for us and Henry was the best host , from communication and making sure we had what we needed to enjoy the home, he was awesome. Would 1000 percent go back! We loved staying in the bayou and doing the quick drive to the city. My son said it was our best vacation ever.

Fantastic location if you are active and like to walk. Easy walk to market, restaurants, drug store etc and not too far to heart of Frenchman and the Quarter. Cute yard and nice hot tub. Walls are somewhat thin but mostly very quiet when we were home and very quiet at night. Felt very comfortable and at home in this unit. Super clean!! King bed was sooooo comfortable. Loved so much extra bedding, pillows and blankets throughout. Great light!

We loved our stay! It’s about 10 minutes from the French Quarter. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle down there . Plus we had space for my family of four. We loved the backyard pool and hot tub, really an oasis back there . Brittney and her husband were super friendly! My son loved the neighborhood cat Tethers. He often sat on the porch with the cat! Would love to come back some day !

Overall we had a wonderful experience. The house was just as described. Location was great and our hosts provided us with great information. We loved being able to walk to some of the Bywater restaurants and bars, and everything else was a short drive.

I’ve stayed in Nola many times, this is one of my favorite places so far. We all absolutely adored the history, the antiques, and the overall ambience. Very convenient to everything you’d like to do in the French Quarter. Extremely thoughtfully appointed. Tons of towels, Wonderfully stocked kitchen, two sets of washer and dryers, and the pool was lovely. Also, the decorating was marvelous. Can’t say enough good stuff about this host and the house manager. Really went above and beyond.

We had an incredible stay at this Mid-City home! The hosts were super communicative from start to finish, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The house itself had everything we needed and was the perfect mix of feeling tucked away while still being close to everything we wanted to do. The home is new and in great condition, and the master suite was a dream—the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a spa with its huge shower and soaking tub. We also really appreciated how secure everything felt with the systems the hosts had in place. But honestly, the best part? The hot tub. It was too chilly for the pool, but soaking in the hot tub at night after long days out exploring was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Stephanie was prompt and responsive when I had questions, was flexible in helping us with an early check-in. The home was easy to find, situated in a quiet neighborhood. My husband, pets, and I felt right at home. Stephanie’s home had easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Check out was seamless. We return to this area often and would be happy to stay with Stephanie again.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Gorgeously designed, super responsive host, cozy beds, clean bathrooms, not much else you can ask for. They came to replace the batteries in a chirping fire alarm SO quickly, they really put care into the guest experience and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit NOLA!

Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!

We enjoyed this home so much! The perfect spot for a low key bachelorette trip. The decor was so perfect and the pool area was beautiful!! Spencer was super helpful and responsive to all my needs. And I’m quite needy! Ty for a great stay!
