Monthly Rentals in New Berlin

My GPS gave me a slight hassle, even though I was coming in from not far away…it was after dark. Ann was wonderful with responding quickly to help me find my way in! No trouble at all, just one glitch with the shower but again, it was handled quite prompt and effectively. Thanks Ann!

Marty is a lovely person. Norwich is a beautiful town. If you are new to the area, be aware of the lake effect and how cold and snowy it gets and how to dress, drive, and live accordingly. The house is beautiful and cozy. The village is walkable- even in 10 degree weather, with daily snow, I found it easy to walk to the pharmacy, pub, mechanic, hospital, and cafes as often as I wanted. If you don’t buy too much, you can also walk to the Grand Union grocery store as much as you like. The area is historic and you’re surrounded by mansions. The region has Amish villages, quaint hillsides, lots of waterfalls and hiking, and it’s scenic any time of the year. It looks like a postcard at Christmas. Marty is very responsive and the neighbors and residents are friendly. It seems that everyone knows each other

Came to New Berlin to visit family. Jenna’s place was beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay while in town.

Highly recommend if you’re coming to Norwich. Place is clean and quiet. It’s a cute little apartment. And the price to value is excellent. I felt safe and slept great.
