Monthly Rentals in Nether Westcote

Great little spot in the middle of the Cotswolds, providing access to different areas and towns. Went on holiday for my 30th, so Katy left a bottle of Prosecco and a card with was thoughtful. Had everything we needed as a couple with a baby.

Had a lovely stay at Wendy’s place whilst visiting Soho Farmhouse. Exactly as described and Wendy was helpful and responsive. Very handy for everything in the village. Parking was a little hit and miss on the nearest road. Excellent value and plan to return.

CONS: 1) There was an awful smell from the bathroom (we think the toilet) the entire stay and I can see reviews dating back to July 2024 stating the same, so obviously an ongoing issue. The shower is very short and small, although we made do for 2 nights, it could be a problem for a longer stay. 2) Strangely there were ladybugs literally everywhere! At the end of the stay I stripped the beds, and there were 2 IN the bed and 3 on the floor next to the bed, it was like an infestation! 3) Family photos and bizarre chalkboards with instructions literally all over the house, it wasn’t entirely welcoming and we felt on edge a bit! PROS: 1) The house has a pebble driveway behind a wooden gate, that would easily fit two cars, very secure! 2) Close to where we wanted to go - all of the “TikTok famous” areas were within 15 minutes drive 3) Super comfy beds - We all had a great sleep 4) Small amount of tea, coffee, sugar available (no milk, this isn’t a problem, just make sure to buy your own)

Lovey place, good communication from the team running the venue. Some issues with logs and Wi-Fi but nothing too bad to spoil the stay.
