We loved Kathy's Kottage and plan to reserve it again if it is available the next time we come to KC. It was such a cute little cottage and well-stocked with everything we needed. Kathy was very responsive and helpful.

Judine is an awesome host and her house was fantastic on all levels! Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and is also in a really great location. Close to downtown and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. We hope to utilize her home in the future and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Manhattan for any reason!

Absolutely blissful place to stay. My wife and I ventured to KC for an anniversary trip kind of last minute and we lucked out with this cottage. The “Christmas” lights give the place such a nice vibe and the heater/ fireplace is such a nice touch. You are in a gated property so we felt completely safe and private. Perfect getaway for the wife and I. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious with a nice high ceiling. Beautiful space. So happy we got to stay here!

The house was great. It was as advertised, as well as a quiet, relaxing, and comfortable place. All the guest that went loved it and joked about wanting to move in. It felt like home. Had a great stay at this quaint house in Topeka. Quiet area with room for more than one vehicle in the driveway. Clean!Comfortable beds with nice decor. Comfy couch and great space upstairs for extra room/beds. Only downside is the backyard was not fenced and we would have loved that. Overall would stay here again if we needed to go to Topeka!

We spent our Thanksgiving at this home and it was a perfect choice for our group. All the bedrooms were upstairs and the main living space was downstairs. Great outdoor patio and a very responsive host. Olga went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even took care of a misdelivered package after we checked out. She definitely goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy. I would highly recommend.

This Airbnb has to have the most beautiful view in Lawrence. It is so incredibly peaceful, you feel like you are in the middle of Colorado. The space itself is really cool and has everything you need to relax. As the description states you can rent the upper half (which we did) or the whole house. The upper half of the house had plenty of space for my husband and myself, and more to spare if we needed it. Truly a gem, and the hosts were incredibly nice!!!

Very nice place and spacious. It has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It deserves about 4.8 out of 5 stars. Note the front door key/lock did not function and thankfully the cleaning lady was able to provide a key since the owners are out of state.

I came with a 3 friends and we met partway between our locations. We had a retreat and ended up staying snuggled in at the sweet space for our full two night stay for our activities. Sweet touches like baked cupcakes made you know how much Diane cared for her guests. Everything was spotless and the design and decorating were so inviting! Everyone commented at what a great fine this was!

We were in Seneca for a family event and needed a place to stay with our dogs. We really appreciated a place to walk dogs around the lake. All the beds are upstairs and you must feel comfortable climbing a circular stairwell. The cabin is very well organized.

She also contacted me after my kiddo left some property there and let me go by and pick it up. The whole process was easy from beginning to end and the home was so beautiful, comfortable, and clean!
