Monthly Rentals in Neorić

Lovely little home near the centre of Split that was great for our travel plans. We were pleasantly surprised at the sight of a large television in the bedroom that we didn’t see in the photos, which made for a good movie night when it was stormy. As others have commented on, you can hear people walking along the road, and in the house next door but this didn’t disturb us at all. The roads surrounding the house are quiet at night so we managed to get undisturbed rest. Would definitely rebook the next time I’m in Split!

Klaudija and Nikola are perfect hosts. They are both extremely kind and caring individuals which was clear to see from the numerous tasty treats we were given over our two week stay. They were delicious and Klaudija is an amazing cook! Nikola is very knowledgeable of the area and informed me of nearest supermarkets, restaurants to go to and transport links from day 1 which was needed as I didn’t know the area at all! The flat itself is perfect - no issues whatsoever. It is fully equipped and has absolutely everything you need, from a microwave down to the smallest kitchen utensils, even a garlic mincer! The area is wonderful too. You’re less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and less than a 15 minute walk to the nearest hiking trails which take you up into the mountains. You have the best of both worlds! It’s quiet and perfect for a couple (like us) or a family! I really cannot sing their praises loud enough. I will definitely be back. Cannot recommend enough!!

Very nice small place in a good location. Sparkling clean and well equipped. Easy self-checkin/checkout with a key box. Close to the beach, bus stop and a supermarket. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep, have a breakfast and take a shower. The only downside is that there are not many food places nearby.

[ + ] Bikes, kitchen, beautiful neighborhood. [ - ] Dilapidated old mattress, slow upload on WiFi. Not perfect, but the love and attention to detail is apparent throughout. Gorgeous area, too.
