Beach house vacation rentals in Natal

The house was exactly as presented in the listing. I already knew Natal and this time I took my family. Because it is located very close to the beach and the shopping on foot gave us greater freedom. And the night is quiet without any noise from partying etc. Old house, but very well kept and therefore ample, relying on everything we need. The caretaker Zelador João was very responsive, helpful and promptly came up with small common problems (1 shower with burnt resistance and 1 leakage). Safe house, overlooking the sea, nets with breeze on the balcony, swimming pool "spa" for being shallow, always with water well ttda by João. Extremely cozy house! The wonderful location with a practically private beach! We were delighted with everything. We love the environment, organized with all the kitchen utensils! Everything very clean and organized, the pool is great size! We spent wonderful days there, we want to go back! 🥰

Staying for 10 days in this house was wonderful, a simple house, but with everything you need and better go out, spend the day out, come back and feel at home! Ana always requests a lot, always attentive to meet us whatever you need! Dona Sônia a love of person, the house is described and the images are exactly as it is! I went to Christmas with three more friends to enjoy Carnatal. Edvaldo was an excellent host. It always responded to me quickly and clarified all my doubts. House is exactly like in the pictures, I would say even prettier. Miguel and Mariquinha who are the homemakers welcomed us very well Miguel showed me the whole house always with a smile on his face. They actually live in the lower part of the house, but that was no problem for us at all. Super recommend Edvaldo's house!

The hosts were impeccable, super fast and thoughtful. house organized and clean, with everything we need! The cost benefit did not find it as valid due to the location and size of the pool smaller than expected. A gambazinho entered the house, do not harm it, it is an animal protected by law and it does no harm to us!

An exceptional host,friendly,attentive and at all times concerned about her tenants. Communication with her and her son was perfect. Anything you need, she guides you. As for the house, the three friends have spent 20 exceptional days. In the house you have all the comforts, churrasco, champagne, it has its garage plot inside the house and you can access with the taxis to the house for your privacy. It's a very safe area and trankila. The neighborhood is medium high and with good neighbors. From the house you have all the areas 10 minutes by car, black beach, shopping malls, hospitals, supermarkets. I thank the host(renata) for everything and next year I repeat for sure. Highly recommended for a good vacation.

Very good stay. The big house. Had availability of mats, clean house, pool , barbecue , air-conditioning in all bedrooms, only the freezer that is small. Seu Antônio received us with great attention and affection. It was very worth it. We are all satisfied.

Very good house, wide, with swimming pool, an immense garden and a mango mango mango.......kkk. It is very close to Ponta Negra Beach, about 5 minutes walking. The hostess is a polite, kind, communicative person and was always ready to assist in what was needed, even gave several tips for tours. Our lodging was wonderful, in fact, it exceeded expectations.

We loved the stay ! We were made to feel very welcome by Jeferson, the homemaker. He gave us the basic information about the house and throughout the stay he was willing to help with whatever he needed. The accommodation has everything you need to spend a few days away from home, in comfort. All well clean and organized, new utensils, new and clean bedding. For those looking for a few days to rest in front of the sea, this option is perfect. A single observation is that the house is on the same ground as another, however, we were not disturbed at any time by the neighbors. What's more, we plan to come back as soon as possible.
