This place is a lovely little adventure in itself. The vibe, the decor, the sound of the waterfall outside of the room. The host, Leah was incredible! She made extra effort to make sure we felt at home and welcomed. This place is such a gem. We can't wait to return ❤️

Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

Cozy stay for two or a small family. Quiet and so close to the sands of Fernandina Beach. No direct ocean views, but why look at the ocean when you are just yards away from it and can walk across the sand dunes and there you are. Loved the place and Joy was a considerate and helpful host!

Maria's place was great and close to stores and restaurants everything you need in a 5 minute drive

Rachel was a great host! Easy to communicate with and even accommodated my last minute request to update the reservation. Her place is as described, in a lovely neighborhood and located close to several restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The residential neighborhoods of Riverside/Avondale are so walkable and I felt right at home with my pup! The place is spotless and when I walked in, the lights and fireplace were on to welcome me. At first, I was little surprised by the train noise as there is an active railroad within 2 blocks. After one night, I became accustomed to it and it didn’t bother me at all. Overall, I felt very safe and the studio was very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home! The great water pressure from the shower, chips, coffee, and water bottles were added bonuses. Most importantly, thank you for being one of the few hosts to allow pets!

This place is a little piece of heaven. Located near lots of restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. Great host, he gave up his own parking spot to ensure my husband and I had a close spot.

After my 6th? 7th? stay in Kelsay's place, you can feel confident that I highly recommend it! A little oasis in the trees. Love it. Will be back again next time I'm in Jacksonville--if it's available!

A great place to stay for a mini staycation or visiting town. A short drive from the ICW and waterfront restaurants. Just what we needed to rest, relax and recharge the batteries!

The property was very nice, clean and cozy. No issues from check in to checkout.

I honestly have no complaints… there is a lot of trees around the BNB and yet, I didn’t even see one bug… the communication was great as I called them when I needed help finding the home and was answered almost immediately. The area is also pretty quiet with multiple fast foods within a 10 min drive.

My stay was amazing. The listing looks exactly as it’s shown, Kyle is very responsive and helpful about questions that I had, and as a non local I really appreciated the brochure on things to do in the area. 10/10 amazing experience

Chris’s place was exactly what my partner and I needed for our trip to Jacksonville. It is extremely close to restaurants and shopping. I appreciated that the yard is very secure and perfect for our dog. The place was spotless and I would go as far as to say the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in complete with fresh flowers and a little bin of dog toys. It was also well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom but was not cluttered or difficult to find items needed during the stay. Check in and check out was very simple and did not include any directions at check out I would not have already taken the effort to do myself. I really recommend this air bnb especially if you have a pet you’re bringing with you and want to know they are safe in the yard space. Thank you again for a great stay!

This house was perfect! The space was neat clean and comfortable. The bed was my absolute favorite part as it’s so soft. The hosts were great at communicating and everything was smooth the whole stay.

I had an amazing stay at Kristina’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. On top of that, it smelled incredible—I couldn’t get over how amazing it smelled! Kristina is a fantastic host, going above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special for me and my daughter. The location was fantastic, especially as a Jacksonville native. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a peacefulness that made the experience even better. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to feed the horses and pet the farm animals—it was such a cool and memorable experience! Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful, always providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed.
