Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

Joy’s place was in such a beautiful location. I walked down to the beach every night and restaurants and amenities where’s far away. Her place was clean and cozy and had plenty of extras to use at the beach. Had a great time.

I had a last minute visit to see my daughter, son in law and grandsons and needed a place quickly. Maria went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute reservation. She responded to my needs very quickly. Her place was so lovely and clean. I can't wait for my next visit and I will definitely be staying at her place each time. Thanks Maria you are a true gem!!!

I had an amazing stay at Kristina’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. On top of that, it smelled incredible—I couldn’t get over how amazing it smelled! Kristina is a fantastic host, going above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special for me and my daughter. The location was fantastic, especially as a Jacksonville native. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a peacefulness that made the experience even better. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to feed the horses and pet the farm animals—it was such a cool and memorable experience! Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful, always providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The Knox family runs a solid Airbnb. They were on point—hospitable, quick to respond, and made sure everything was squared away. The place is in Avondale, a beautiful neighborhood in Jacksonville, and it’s in a prime spot—7 to 10 minutes from just about everything you’d need. No issues, no surprises, just a great stay. If I’m ever back in Jacksonville and they still own the place, I’ll be booking here again.

I honestly have no complaints… there is a lot of trees around the BNB and yet, I didn’t even see one bug… the communication was great as I called them when I needed help finding the home and was answered almost immediately. The area is also pretty quiet with multiple fast foods within a 10 min drive.

My stay was amazing. The listing looks exactly as it’s shown, Kyle is very responsive and helpful about questions that I had, and as a non local I really appreciated the brochure on things to do in the area. 10/10 amazing experience

My daughter and I spent two nights at Steve's place. It was beautifully furnished and decorated. It was absolutely spotless and well-equipped. The location was fabulous- a block away from charming shops and restaurants. Both days my daughter and I enjoyed the short walk to get a bite to eat and check out the shops. Steve and his wife were very friendly and gracious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this adorable studio apartment.

200 Cherry was a perfect home away from home. We loved the location to the ocean and to Atlantic Beach's restaurants. The kitchen had all the necessities and was clean and tidy. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and thoughtful too. We look forward to booking with Nomad again.

Upon arriving at the location, we noticed that the neighborhood was very peaceful and cleanly! It smelled amazing when we first walked in, and everything looked freshly cleaned. The decor creates a serene atmosphere, making it easy to relax and unwind. I totally recommend staying here…10/10 experience!
