Monthly Rentals in Narragansett Bay

Karen is lovely. She cleared the driveway during a snowstorm and kept us informed of the bad weather. She also accommodated a late check out due to a family emergency. She is very responsive, and her place is beautiful. Spacious, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Will be back!

Judd and Joan's was the perfect space for us! The room was so warm and comfortable and impeccably decorated. The location was excellent. Private and quiet. Judd and Joan themselves were so welcoming and helpful, it felt like visiting old friends. We felt right at home right away. We can't wait to visit again in the warmer months to watch the birds and meet their cats!

I stayed at Karen’s property in Bristol with my wife, two small kids, and our dog, and it was perfect. Great location in the heart of downtown Bristol, very comfortable, and Karen was very responsive. We hope to stay again next time we’re in Bristol and would certainly recommend to is property for families. Thank you Karen!

Very comfortable accommodations! Everything was as advertised, and we had zero issues the entire time on the island. Stephen was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. There are 3 TV’s in the house, 2 of which have a DVD player (I can’t remember if the 3rd TV in the basement had one) and there is also a small DVD collection for your enjoyment. As the listing states, there isn’t any WiFi which was fine for us since we have a mobile hotspot. However, keep in mind, the TV’s are not “smart TVs” with built-in Apps so be sure to bring a fire stick or a laptop to connect with HDMI if you want to use Netflix or anything else on the TVs. Usually technology stuff like this is mandatory anywhere else I stay, but we were there to enjoy nature and be outdoors so it didn’t bother us. I’m only mentioning it in case someone else has the expectation of just logging into their Netflix straight from the TV - that won’t be an option so be prepared. :)
