Cabin vacation rentals in Nancy Lake

We had a beautiful stay in Alaska. The cabin was perfect for our needs. The location had a pond and a family of swan visitors every morning. The location was close the activities we wanted to enjoy. The cabin was decorated lovely, the bed was comfy and it had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely recommend. Thank you!

This is a wonderful private retreat where you can enjoy nature, and peace and quiet. The host responded quickly to every question that we had. Highly recommend!

Quiet place. Good location between Denali and Chugach. Easy daily trip distance to either of the parks. Beautiful nature!!

We loved staying here! It was beautiful, even in the middle of the winter and the home was cozy and clean. The owners were super proactive in helping us out and even reached out and offered a pack n play since we mentioned we were bringing a baby. Would definitely come back!

The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed including some extras. The sauna was a nice extra and being able to ice fish was a huge bonus. We will be checking the availability in the summer so we can see the lake in the canoes without ice. We look forward to going back!

Amazing place with very clean and comfortable furniture, beds, and amenities.

We needed a simple and affordable cabin (with a shower) in the Wasilla/Willow area for a quick overnight. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean, and arranged/supplied/decorated to efficiently maximize comfort in the cozy space. The main bed was very comfy and my son reports he slept fine on the fold out couch/bed. Her check in/out directions were clear and easy to follow. Since the property has Nancy Lake access, I was trying to squeeze in some kayaking into our tight travel schedule. So I had lots of extra questions that I messaged her about re Kayak rentals and possibly arriving early to kayak before check in etc. Maggie answered each of my extra messages promptly which was very helpful for planning purposes. Her cleaning fee was affordable compared to the crazy high cleaning fees on some properties, so we made sure to do our part by leaving it tidy, washing and putting away all dishes used, and even pre stripped the bed sheets so it would be quicker cleaning for her after.

A hidden gem! We had a lovely stay. It was a perfect winter get away. The cabin was clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The environment was quiet and peaceful. We were thankful for the pull through driveway since we had our snow machines on a trailer. Kelly was a lovely host.

It was a great location, easy to find. It was perfect for us, we went to have Thanksgiving with family. We did have a couple problems with the lock, Lindsay response was very quick and helpful. We will book again

Gorgeous place with well maintained hot tub, bin full of wood for the wood burning stove, and super comfy bed. Slept like the dead in this place! Full kitchen with spices and enough dishes that you can fill the dishwasher and not need to wash the same two plates over and over again. Friendly host who gave us a heads up on the Aurora - bucket list seeing the Northern Lights!

My husband stayed at Jim’s property for three nights and there are not enough great things I can say about it. The cabin is beautiful and we felt right at home. Jim greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us the cabin and the property. The hot tub was easy to use and so nice to hang out in. We had a lovely evening hanging out with Jim and Teresa one night too. Fishing from the dock was fun too and there are a bunch of ways to get on the water if you would like too. The place was clean and clearly very loved. Overall this is a beautiful property and our time here was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

We loved everything about Down Home! We had a relaxing and fun weekend as a family of 4. Our 2 littles loved the loft space, and we all enjoyed the wood fired hot tub. Every thoughtful detail was appreciated, even the local soaps and lotions (which I got online and purchased some of for us at home). Will gladly stay again.

We’re so lucky to have gotten to stay at this beautiful cabin! We made a last minute booking and Elise and Ben were very responsive and accommodating. The cabin was super clean and very well made. We barely touched the heater. The bed was really comfy and the sheets were so soft. I wish we could have stayed a couple extra days to hike about the property. We loved being greeted by the 2 goodest pups in the morning (although if dogs aren’t your thing, Elise made sure to reach out ahead of time to ask in case she needed to leash them). Will definitely be booking again next time we are visiting!

Beautiful, spacious home. My two friends and I spent Christmas Eve and Day here. Playing board games, cooking dinners, and relaxing in the hot tub. The lake was frozen but it would be cool to see it in the summer. Great stay. Would book again.

We opened the door…wow, instantly felt the vibe instantly: peaceful, chic, cozy, clean, calm. Quick responses, although not needed because everything is adequately described with this is here, this is there. We appreciate you hosting us at the cabin. We used this tranquil space to reconnect. So pretty.

This stay has been one of my favorites through Airbnb. Jon’s location and cabin was just very beautiful and just what I was looking for. Would highly recommend if you want a romantic getaway in a beautiful corner of Alaska.

Me and my family of 5 and our dog had the pleasure of staying here for a few weeks. It was just enough space and everyone still had their privacy in different areas of the cabin. I loved having everything we needed and even the family game nights with their boardgames and cards that were provided. We even enjoyed s'mores around the firepit outside. The beds and linens were hands down the most comfortable I've slept on in years! My family all loved calling this beautiful cabin home the few weeks we stayed there and we would definitely stay here again!

Responsive host & everything matched the ad. Simple rules & check-out was straightforward. Would stay here again, good proximity to civilization but still plenty out there enough to see the stars.

This yurt in Willow was the perfect place to stay for New Years Eve. It was pet friendly, so I was able to have my pups with me for the occasion! The yurt was very clean and very cozy, I loved the Toyo heater and wood stove. The Toyo heater was more than capable of keeping the yurt nice and toasty even in negative temperatures, and the wood stove added a nice ambience! Andrew is a very helpful, friendly and responsive host, and took the time to give recommendations to things to do in Willow. I would definitely recommend this yurt to anyone looking for a place to stay in, it is a unique place with very beautiful surroundings and so cozy!

Great stay! We used the cabin as our base for an amazing winter weekend in the Talkeetna area. Cozy and comfortable. We used the sauna one night and it was amazing. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice little cabin off the beaten path :) quiet, clean, and comfy!

The place was wonderful and the best stay we had in Alaska. Wish we had booked it for all days. The owner was very friendly and greeted us at check in. We arrived late at night and she provided us with a headlamp to use and a wagon for our luggage. Would definitely stay again. The cabin is absolutely beautiful inside and had modern amenities. It was nice and private. Surrounded by nature and cabins were spread a good distance so they were not too close.

The place was great. The kitchen was amazing. It was great to have laundry on site. The Bathroom has a very nicely updated. The only issues we found while there—which was not the cabin’s fault— we both have bad backs, was the bed was not very comfortable – was the bed and the couch were not comfortable for us. If you’re old or have a bad back, maybe this isn’t the best for you. Otherwise this place was amazing!
