Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nags Head Island

The condo is in a great spot with some nice amenities. The tennis courts were empty, so it was easy to play if you wanted, and while I didn’t swim since it wasn’t the season, the pool looked like it would be nice in warmer weather. The location is perfect—close to Bay Drive with the wide sound-side walking path and an easy walk to the monument. There are three flights of stairs to get to the unit (this was mentioned in the listing, so I knew ahead of time). I didn’t mind at all, and the upside is no one above you and amazing views from the porch. The condo is simple but had everything I needed, and I was very comfortable. It’s also absolutely spotless—they clearly put a lot of effort into keeping it clean, which was so reassuring. Easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thanks so much for hosting!

Mark’s place was the perfect location for our long weekend vacation in OBX! Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in yard, and we were in prime location for all the activities we wanted to do! Would definitely recommend Mark’s place if you’re looking for a peaceful but walkable location in Kill Devil Hills

We had a great weekend getaway thanks to Barb! Everything was perfectly clean, nice and quiet, had great views of the woods off the private deck, and had plenty of space for the two of us and our dog. As an added bonus, we even got to meet Barb’s super friendly, well behaved dogs. We can’t wait to come back for another weekend away soon!

Pat and Chuck were nothing but excellent! They were great with communication, responding almost immediately every single time. The welcome to their place made you feel very comfortable. Everything was so tidy and clean, hosts were so thoughtful with leaving little items in the room for guests to use. We would absolutely love to stay at their place again!

John and Shelly were wonderful hosts, sincerely taking care of their guests. Their place is ideal for a family. It was very quiet, cozy, and spacious, surrounded by greenery. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. Everything was where it should be, such as towels, cooking ingredients, utensils, coffee, and even Jenga! We had an unforgettable vacation there. I stayed for 2 nights and felt so at home! The bedroom was so similar to my room so it was hard not to. This is the perfect space for 1-2 people for a short term stay as there is no kitchen. However there is a coffee station, microwave, and fridge accommodated with some paper plates and plastic utensils. Everything was perfectly clean, dusted, organized, etc. the neighborhood is also very safe and quiet as well. It is the bottom unit on a beautiful street surrounded by other residential housing. I would stay here again when coming back to Kill Devi Hills!

Lovely place with easy beach access! The place was well furnished and decorated with board games, books, and TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom and full kitchen were beautiful with modern tiling and new appliances! The interior design was on point. We’d love to come back every year! Perfect for a much needed gate-away.

What an absolutely beautiful place! It was spotless and even better than the pictures, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Public beach access is just a short walk away—simply gorgeous! Lauren was amazing; she was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. The amenities provided were plentiful and included many thoughtful touches that made our stay feel like home. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and definitely plan to return! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

We had the most amazing stay! Rebecca was extremely communicative and made sure we knew everything we needed to! The place looked exactly as pictures and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private pool was so nice to come back to! We would absolutely stay at one of Rebecca’s houses again!

Shelley was very friendly and great at communication. Their location is amazing and allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. If you have kids there is an amazing park 2 minutes away!

I could go on and on about how wonderful of an experience it was to stay here. We take an annual trip the last weekend of March each year & this stay made our weekend memorable. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a great experience Shane!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kearney Castle and we will definitely be back. The rental was in the perfect location and the views of the ocean were perfection. I love that the owners allow us to bring our dogs. They loved the beach too! The hosts recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. We loved Mulligans and Noosa Beach Grille. The deck was awesome also. we visited off season but the street was quiet and the beach was mostly empty, which we loved for the dogs! The house isn't brand new but that's what we loved. We loved the handwritten note instructions on the fridge and the sea shell shelf as a guest book of memories for all the past guests!

Could not recommend this stay enough. Jameson and Ashleigh were incredible hosts, always responsive and communicative, and the house itself was worth every penny. It was a short walk away from the beach, and a short drive away from a vast amount of OBX attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this home very nice neighborhood, nice clean home, places to visit were close by. Definitely will be booking again for next summer☺️ highly recommend staying here.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was my favorite part. It was so well stocked with quality equipment! The air conditioning was wonderful in both units. The two houses in one make it perfect for family that need a get away from the crowd from time to time. I can’t say enough good things about this house. The walk to the beach was super easy even with a 2 year old and 2 three year olds. Such a good place to play games with your loved ones, cook memorable meals and of course enjoy the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucky You! Monika's home is lovely, and extremely clean. The most important thing to me when staying at a vacation rental is cleanliness, and this cozy home did not disappoint! Not only clean, but beautifully decorated with modern touches. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, and so many other small special touches that made for a wonderful stay. My husband and I just reserved this home once again, and we're looking forward to our second visit to Lucky You towards the end of Oct 2025!

This place had way more space than I expected. Plenty of room for a large family. Right across from the beach access was wonderful! Great place to stay! Whitney was very responsive when I had any questions. Already planning our return!

The calm waves is super cozy and has everything a family with young kids needs (including some toys and baby proofing). It is in a great location that feels very family friendly and short walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our second stay and we hope to visit again!

This listing is an unbeatable location - literally on the beachfront. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise over the ocean each day from the large sliding glass door windows in the bedroom. The morning light is awesome. We were entertained by merely sitting on the comfortable balcony watching the sea life (dolphins!) and the shore birds, the boats, the beach walkers and wind surfers. So peaceful in April. The place is well appointed, just as described in the listing, and the host is responsive. We appreciated all of the information provided by the host for restaurants and local attractions. The location is excellent for access to many food and entertainment options, but is just far enough from the "main drag" to feel private and quiet. If we should pass this way again, we will look no further for accommodations - for we have found "our place" in the Outer Banks.

Meredith’s place was fabulous for our anniversary weekend getaway. The location and views were top notch. We visited during the off season so the weather wasn’t the best for taking advantage of all the beach and water goodies that were provided at the home. Meredith was a great communicator. Plenty of towels and basic toiletries to get us through the weekend. Would stay again.

The decor and space are vintage beach/boho classic vibe. It’s super cute and well done! The condo was clean, felt private, and had everything we needed and more. We were very grateful for the extra beach toys and all of the kitchen utensils provided. My husband was very excited because they had a carafe coffee pot and a Keurig. The view and balcony were lovely- excellent location! We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful little condo for a long weekend - I was in town for business. This condo community is very quiet in the off season - we hardly saw any other people around. Many stores and shops not open, which we fully expected for the time of year. Good communication from host. The view from the deck and living room is amazing! Thanks for having us!

Martin was a super responsive host. Anything we needed he was there to help. The place was gorgeous and in a really nice location. The unit was right next to the pool and tucked away from the main road. The pool was nice and it wasn't too crowded when we went. If you look really close you can see the ocean from the private balcony. Parking wasn't an issue for us. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Would 100% recommend staying here if you don't want to be right on the beach but close enough that it takes 3 minutes to drive the the beach access. Overall, this was the perfect place for our girls trip.

What a great location! We could walk everywhere we needed to go and we were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the rental, the pictures do not do it justice! We would definitely rent this property again in the future.
