Monthly Rentals in Mount Ivy

I can’t say enough good things about this studio! I came for work and it was better!! The studio was amazing and private! The design layout was beautiful!! Had the perfect amenities for quick dinners! Having the air fryer was definitely a plus! Love the private entrance so I didn’t feel like I was disturbing anyone leaving early for work! Again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! As a person that uses reviews I wanted to make sure I left them a great one because it was truly a great experience!

Amanda and Steve were great to work with. Their converted space was a clean and simple place to stay. I was attending a track meet at West Point and the location was a quick 15 minute drive to the academy. The town of Corwall was great. It was like something out of a movie. There were great local restaurants and the locals were very friendly. Great stay!

Ryan was a great host. Always available and ready to help. The apartment is pretty much brand new, clean and spacious. Great location, walking distance to shopping area. We enjoyed staying there and Would recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay in Gretchen's studio. While small, it had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. It's in an old, 19th century house in an historic neighborhood, but very close to downtown Ossining, where there are several good restaurants, shops, and services. It's an easy, 5-minute walk downhill to downtown - coming back up is a bit of a climb, but good exercise! The studio looks out on a nice backyard garden, and is very private and safe feeling. Gretchen was very responsive and helpful.
