Check in was smooth and flexible. The apartment was clean, private, very bright and loaded with amenities to make the stay comfortable. Having the fireplace in the cold weather was a bonus. Bed was extremely comfortable and lots of storage in the unit. The shared stairwell wasn’t an imposition. Arus was proactive with communication and responded very quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

He was consistently responsive to any questions or concerns and went above and beyond to keep me informed about anything related to the property. At the same time, he respected my privacy, creating a perfect balance. I truly appreciated his kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism.
