Perfect base for our walking holiday. Charlotte’s place was warm, clean, cosy and welcoming. We really appreciated Charlotte’s excellent hosting. Fave things: walk-in shower, welcome for our dog, secure garden, comfy bed with gorgeous linen, private parking . Thank you very much. We would happily return.

Jenny was lovely, the directions she gave to the property were easy to follow, it is a great location with lots of walks and a good starting point for lots of beaches. The property was very clean, and the perfect starting point for adventures and exploring. Great place.

Quite possibly the best short break we've had. Louise has been great throughout the stay, we really liked the little extras. The Swallows Nest is well-equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay. The hot tub was already warming by the time we arrived. Many thanks for a most excellent and relaxing stay. We would love to return again.

Kate & David, gave us a warm welcome and were happy to help us settle in. Cottage was amazing and match the description, easy to find quiet location. Very cosy and everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Close to Totnes and Dartmouth, both only being a short drive away and having lots to see and do around the area. We found a few lovely restaurants in Totnes and would recommend the Tamarind Tree and the Bull Inn… amazing food and welcoming staff. All in all this was a 10 out of 10 stay and somewhere I would recommend to our friends and family. Ideal for a couple wanting a cosy retreat to spend some quality time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and I’m certain we’ll be visiting again in the future. Richard & Elaine
