Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mooresville

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

It is rare for apartments to truly match the description given on site. The features are often overstated and reality falls short. John's place is the first that was everything he described, even exceeding expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and serene. I did not want to be in the midst of all the action and so it was perfect. I got turned around a bit in locating the apartment, but John was immediately responsive and check in was a breeze. The apartment was spotless and quite cozy. I spent a lot of time exploring Charlotte. Travel uptown was quite simple and inexpensive by Rideshare or public transportation, often going out more than once in the day. I had just about everything I needed amenity wise. That made the times I stayed in quite homey. Johs was always available when needed. His accommodations would certainly be my first choice when I return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was exactly what we needed—homey, cozy, and had such a positive vibe. We would absolutely love to book again in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and all American cities and furnishings are top notch. Loved every minute of the stay!

The place is definitely a five star experience from the moment you enter; the building has many units and the initial perception I got was that the building would be noisy, it isn’t a fancy building and seems out of place in a subdivision like community but it was so quiet, and there is plenty of parking. The condo itself is pristine, the amenities provided including some snacks and a couple of bottles of water, it’s on the 6th floor and I did not hear anyone. It is safe with locks and latches, I travel alone so that’s important to me. The few people I ran into were very nice. I had to work remote one day and had no issues with WiFi, it was nice that the bedroom lamps had usb ports. Water pressure was good, note : if bringing groceries don’t make the bags too heavy because you’ll have to haul it through the entrance , up an elevator and around to the apartment. The bed was comfy, it was really clean and almost everything was new. It’s very close to 77 and Ballantyne, Fort Mill etc: 👌

We had an excellent stay at Hickory House! It absolutely exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room for our 6 person group so it was very comfortable. Dan was easy to get in touch with and check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again! Nice area of town as well! Thank you Dan!

My family and I had a great stay and slept very comfortably. The home is conveniently located close to the downtown area and local attractions. The host was responsive and proactive, and the accommodations were excellent. We would love to stay again on a return trip!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was impeccably clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The AC worked great, keeping us cool throughout our stay. What made the experience even better were the exceptional hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of and always responded quickly to any questions or needs. The location was also perfect—nestled in a lovely town with everything close by, from restaurants to shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place!

My mom and my family (a total of 6) stayed here to attend a craft event at the Cabarrus Arena (was 25 mins away from home) and to see the Christmas lights at Charlotte Motor Speedway (25 mins away). The home was very lovely. The host was very nice and responded promptly. It was a great price for the amenities and location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice and clean home in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT... ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER STAID IN. WYNN RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MATTER. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I BOOKED THIS LAST MINUTE AND WAS SO WORRIED SOMETHING WAS GOING TO GO WRONG, BUT IT DIDN'T. THANKS SOOO MUCH WYNN.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this stay! It was so close to everything while also feeling private. It felt like a really safe neighborhood too. The bed was so comfy and the tvs were huge! Really a great stay - I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Edward’s house. He is a very hospitable host and we truly felt at home thanks to his warm reception.

Chad was a great host and the place was prefect. It was walking distance from the city and very easy to travel to and from for places outside the city of Charlotte. For the place to be what and where it was, couples along with a great price it was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Me and my boyfriend really enjoy our stay!! the views were super nice, the place looked just like the pictures! our host was SUPER nice and very quick to respond. She even recommended us a spa that we really enjoyed! i would love to stay there again next time i visit. i will say i wish the air bnb had a full body mirror, only because i think every place should have a mirror. Other than that, 10/10!!
