Above all, it's the hostess, Delphine: she is very welcoming, kind and always ready to help and solve any problems. Delphine is great! The apartment is suitable for an extended stay for a single person (I lived there for almost two months) or for two people for one to two weeks. It's great to have a comfortable desk and chair, which is very helpful if you spend a lot of time in front of a laptop. Everything is set up for cooking, down to the last detail. The sofa bed is quite comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, and there is a separate toilet. For an extended stay you can use the washing machine located upstairs, and there is a hanging rack in the studio. Delphine has everything very well thought out in this apartment, everything is really convenient! Thank you! The location is ideal, whether it's to go to Paris or to take care of your belongings nearby.

I would recommend David’s apartment. I stayed for a month and nice. Pros: - David and his family are lovely. Him and his wife are kind and respectful. - The neighborhood is peaceful and very safe. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. Great place for a long walks. + the lake near by is beautiful. - Most things needed are about 10-15 minutes away walking. There’s also a bus stop 3 minutes away walking and a train 10 minutes away walking. Cons: - It’s pretty easy to get into main Paris but the H line stops running at about 10:30 making it a little difficult to get back to via public transport. If you tend to stay out later this might be an inconvenience for you. - No closet or clothing rack. As someone with a lot of hanging clothing I found this a little difficult. Recommends - I recommend adding a full length mirror if you can find the space for it. -Adding a collapsible clothing rack. Overall I had a nice time here. Affordable, comfortable, and safe. This is the best Airbnb I ever stayed in. The hosts are super nice and helpful when asked. The location was perfect in terms of transportation and local foods. Bottom line, I love this place so much and it will anyways be the option I will look for anytime I will stay in Paris from now on. I highly recommend 😊
