Cozy apartment with two sofas and comfortable chairs in the living room. We felt right at home. Great views from the balcony, views to the south and sunset. Kitchen very well furnished. Bathroom and bedroom has everything you need. Very quiet at night, in the morning you can hear the little busy street with the bedroom window open. Very friendly landlady, everything is straightforward😊. Car safely an advantage. We will be happy to come back.

The place was just great. Great location. Very nice balcony. Very well-equipped kitchen. Mani was very quick to reach and helpful. The only small point that could be improved: A second tea towel in the kitchen would be handy.

Denise is a beautiful host. Always kind and available for any need. The apartment is well cared for and in the middle of the Maremma countryside. A true oasis of peace and quiet. Without too much trouble you can decide whether to go to the sea at the Argentario, or relax at the thermal baths of Saturnia or visit someone of the countless surrounding villages. My wife and I reluctantly left. We hope to be back soon. Highly recommended straight
