We evacuated from a hurricane, so it was a last minute trip. So glad we found this place! It meant everything to have a peaceful place to stay that felt like home. The location was great! So many good places to eat nearby and very easy to get to the dog park. It made a stressful situation much easier! I would hands down stay here again!

Quaint and Quiet Family Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at CC’s Airbnb home!l and would highly recommend and consider it for future stays. We all traveled from different parts of the U.S. to gather in our Montgomery hometown for Thanksgiving for the first time in years, and it was the perfect spot to join together. Overall — Very peaceful, comfortable, not too far from downtown area and historic sites.

My nieces and I truly loved our stay at the KAM Real Estate listing! The lovely home is exquisite for sleeping eight people comfortably. I loved the ambiance and the comfortable bedrooms! The location was in a prime neighborhood for getting to any downtown establishment. And Rasheda was the epitome of a warm and wonderful hostess! This home is a must-experience stay!

We have stayed here four times now. We keep coming back because of Shonn's excellent service in every way. Being a repeat costumer we notice that they take aspects of the place that are very good and improve them. That's impressive!! We make two trips to Pratteville a year and hope we can stay here every time. A great, great place!!

The house is really nice, loved having a garage for parking. Super close to everything. We were visiting because we evacuated for Hurricane Milton. CC was super helpful when we needed to add a day on to our visit to give time for the hurricane to clear out of our area. She was also flexible and kind when we let her know we had decided at the last minute to check out a little early so we could drive overnight to avoid traffic on our way home to get started on necessary inspections and repairs at our home from the hurricane damage. We would definitely stay at CC's place again, hopefully it'll be under better circumstances next time when I'm not so stressed out, and better able to enjoy myself instead of obsessing about the potential destruction of my home. But I digress, lots of restaurants, shopping and activities nearby. Neighborhood felt safe. Highly recommend.

The Downtown walk to Everything w/ free parking

The place is spectacular! It is a beautifully restored two story brick building with a lovely patio, a bar, a zen room, on-site laundry and off street parking. Two kitchens and two living rooms with decor that shares the cultures and history of the city. The beds were very comfortable. It has a wonderful home-cooking restaurant next door. It was great for walking. Some of us walked to the Legacy Memorial and to the Renaissance Hotel for our conference. The reason for four stars instead of five is that the building is a bit isolated. It was very quiet, though!
