An excellent accommodation, only the air conditioners in the rooms, remained in poor condition and were left to get them fixed and no technician presented.

We booked Josette’s place day of and we’re extremely satisfied. Gigantic bed, beautiful bathroom, good kitchen, and minutes away from the beach. We walked to most restaurants and having three grocery store across the street was extremely convenient for nights in. 100% recommend!

My friends and I had a great time! Carlie was extremely responsive and quick with keeping us updating on things like the water or WiFi going out (city problem). I would recommend staying here but would warn it is a little tricky if you do not pay for a vehicle as it’s a little bit of a far walk if you want to go to the other side of town. Overall we had the best time and worked perfectly for our needs!

We had such an amazing stay at Casa Anna! The house is absolutely beautiful!! luxurious, comfortable, and designed with so much attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the BBQ was a great bonus. Also the location is unbeatable. You are in the center of Santa Teresa. Amos, the host, was incredible. He was so friendly, super responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell he really cares about his guests! The weather wasn’t on our side, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all because the villa was such a great place to relax. Everything about our stay was perfect, we have nothing but great things to say. One of the highlights was the amazing housekeeping team. Every time we came back in the afternoon, the house was spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Casa Anna, can’t wait to come back.

Such a beautiful and tranquil retreat under the canopy within earshot of ocean waves and close by to beautiful beaches. Very clean and new amenities and a wonderful host who is communicative and even made pizza in the beautiful Cabana kitchen poolside. Can’t wait to return. So glad we had 4WD in this region- consider flying in to local airport and renting nearby.

We loved our stay here. Ramona is extremely organized and a wonderful communicator. She reached out to us before our arrival with very helpful information. The house is new, clean, beautiful and well supplied. Our family of 8 including 3 kids felt very comfortable. It is a very safe and quiet region. The neighbours are 2 sets of macaws. We saw howler monkeys close by too! The pool is very relaxing and you are steps away from an incredible beach. We saw whales from the beach. Raccoon travels took us out to see the whales and picked us up right from this beach which was super convenient. We would highly recommend Ramona’s place. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we hope to be back! Thank you so much Ramona.

We spent an amazing month here! The hosts were quick to respond if needed, and the entire community was beautiful. The house itself is exactly like the pictures. Great kitchen, beautiful backyard, and very clean. Comfortable beds, and nice showers. Short walk to an almost private beach. So much nature just in the community itself. Many species of birds, manta ray sightings, deer, goats, turtles and cayman. The store on the property has everything you might need, and is reasonably priced. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home; we hope to return soon!

Rick and Karen's place was the perfect home for the two of us and and our two daughters. The layout is ideal, with two floors separating the living and sleeping spaces. The home is warm, clean, and tastefully furnished and decorated. We loved how safe and comfortable we felt within the secured community. It has a friendly, neighbourhood feel. The beach was clean and huge. The beautiful parrots, monkeys and deer made our experience all the more magical. We would love to return again!

We loved Villa Alba. It was a perfect, quiet, and beautiful place to stay. Surrounded by nature and a view of the ocean and stars at night, we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Our host, Michelle, was amazing and answers all of our questions, along with getting our shuttles to and from the airport setup for us. I highly recommend staying at Villa Alba!

We were lucky enough to enjoy this beautiful spot for 2 days. Sleeping in a hammock right by the sea is something you have to experience here. The house is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The outdoor shower completes a wonderful day at the beach. For early risers, I can only recommend the sunrise (in the hammock😉).

My wife and I spent 9 nights in Casa Hemingway at Casas de Soleil and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The 4 homes are privately sited in a lush patch of rain forest less than 100 yards from the main street of Santa Teresa. Despite its close proximity to the heart of Santa Teresa and the beach, it is a surprisingly quiet and private place to stay. Soraya and her staff did a great job of taking care of us, from easy check in to free laundry service.The air conditioning units on each level quickly cool the space down when needed.The outdoor living area on the ground floor is great & from there we saw capuchin monkeys and a variety of birds. We also enjoyed the quiet shared pool only a few steps away. The beaches are beautiful, clean and never feel crowded. We spent a lot of time walking the beach and hanging out at beach front restaurants. We will definitely stay at Casas de Soleil on our next visit to the Santa Teresa/Malpais area. Thank you Soraya!

The house was located in the heart of town but set away from the road so it felt very peaceful and private. Richard was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations.

Had an amazing stay. Beautiful place and location. Our three kids enjoyed the pool and tidal pools on the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate coming back.

My boyfriend and I stayed at April’s for 5 nights and our trip was nothing short of amazing! This was our first time in Costa Rica and we were so thankful to have April as our host. She became like our Costa Rica mom and was very caring towards us. She was always there to help, give us recommendations, make sure we were safe, and even gave me a ride to my workout class! April is probably one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Her dogs are also very adorable and sweet. We felt very safe knowing that they were trained to keep the property safe. This Airbnb is truly one of a kind and incredible. I wasn’t very experienced with the open-air concept before this trip but I was so happy we chose this type of experience. The view is breathtaking and we felt very relaxed waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning. I’m usually not a morning person but I think being in this peaceful atmosphere made me want to get up early everyday and just lay on the hammock and take it all in :)
