Incredible space ! The views were stunning and the stars at night were unbelievable! Upstairs balcony area was so fun sit play games! Far from San Jose airport but truly worth the drive !

We were a group of 10 traveling from Canada in our first trip to Costa Rica with 4 children and 6 adults. Ramona’s house was the perfect house for us! It was spotless, very comfortable with absolutely everything we needed. The Los Delfines community felt extremely safe. Our kids could wander without a worry. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming and bobbing in the waves. Ramona acted as a concierge from the time we booked, making amazing suggestions for activities, restaurants, transportation etc. She even arranged for a neighbor to loan us some pickle ball paddles. We were very close to lots of great excursions and I would suggest renting a car so that you can enjoy all that this remote area has to offer. We can’t wait to visit Costa Rica again and would absolutely return to Ramona’s house!! Don’t hesitate to book, this home has every comfort!!! Pura Vida!

Casa Anna was fabulous. We travelled from Ontario, Canada in March and felt right at home. Barto (concierge) was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had about the area. The outdoor dining area made for the best sunset dinner experiences and the daily cleaning service allows you to fully relax. The infinity pool with ocean view was stunning and we used it morning, afternoon and evening! This was our first trip to Costa Rica, travelling with our two daughters (6 and 8) and we would definitely return! 5/5 stay for us.

Rick and Karen's place was the perfect home for the two of us and and our two daughters. The layout is ideal, with two floors separating the living and sleeping spaces. The home is warm, clean, and tastefully furnished and decorated. We loved how safe and comfortable we felt within the secured community. It has a friendly, neighbourhood feel. The beach was clean and huge. The beautiful parrots, monkeys and deer made our experience all the more magical. We would love to return again!

We stayed here with our family of six and a baby. My daughter and her husband had the privacy and great comfort in the cabin on the other side of the pool which made the trip for them. (And us lol ;) ). The beds and space was so efficient and the wash down outside and outside shower was awesome after the beach each day. Pool was spotless, perfect amount of pool and shower towels that were a good size and actually work. Could have a better frying pan for eggs and one sharp quality knife but if that was all that was wrong can you imagine? Lol! The proximity to the beach was a huge win, we paddle boarded out to the humpback whales and dolphins and seen lots of wildlife as well. Fishing was great right off shore and worth taking our stuff with. Big win on the property for the value!

This home really felt like a home away from home. I needed a place to work remotely with no distractions, and this home was perfect for that. There was an issue with ants, but that is to be expected when you're living in the jungle!! Eden was very helpful in doing everything possible to fix the issue. Maria, the cleaning lady, was amazing! The location of the house is about a 5 min drive up a rocky road from the main road, so an ATV is definitely needed. At first, I thought the house was too far, but it was honestly so fun driving up and down with the ATV. The view of the ocean at the top of the hill while surrounded by the jungle also makes the drive worth it.

Ohana Villas was the perfect place to stay in Santa Teresa! The property is beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean. The pool and pool area is great! A perfect spot to cool off and relax. The owners are present on the property every day & the nicest people! They would check in on how our stay is going, if we needed anything and just to say hi. We were given clear instructions to access the property, a lengthy list of recommendations for food and some overall information. I would stay here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in ST.

Had a wonderful time staying here! We rented an ATV and it was a quick <5min drive to all the restaurants and beach. Place was very nice and host was wonderful

Excellent place, very quiet and private. Just a few steps from the beach, literally. Spectacular sunsets.

Amazing spot! Loved the ac in every room haha cause it is hottttt! Very welcoming and large and spacious. Projector was a nice touch! Very close to the beach but in our experience driving a little further to Playa Hermosa beach was worth it! There are no houses that way so this stay is really about as close as you can get to those secluded beaches and you just HAVE to go. The beach nearby is beautiful for a sunrise walk as well. Howler monkeys could be heard at dusk and dawn which was freaking AWESOME! Although there was a rooster that liked to be annoying all night 🤣, fortunately there were ear plugs in the bathroom drawer! I will say there are a few ants and spiders crawling around but that didn’t bother us, just the Costa Rica way! Pura vida!

It was a fun place to stay. Walkable to anything in Santa Theresa. Close to beach for the beautiful sunsets. Had a lot of activities to do through hotel. And finally very friendly staff, loved it here

The studio by the sea is wonderful, serene and beautiful. It's steps from the beach, surrounded by lush nature and very comfortable. The space has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay, well appointed kitchen, bath, linens, beach towel. It's clean and tranquil. Heike and Hans are super friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area & Costa Rica in general. They were so kind to accomdate our dogs, give them treats, water and lots of love. When we return to Coyote, we will definitley visit with them again.

As everyone says it's hard to describe. If you are looking for a convenient, sterile, cookie cutter hotel, this may not be for you. But if you want to emerse yourself in nature and environment, this is a total paradise. Joachim went above and beyond to attend to our needs

My friends and I had a great time! Carlie was extremely responsive and quick with keeping us updating on things like the water or WiFi going out (city problem). I would recommend staying here but would warn it is a little tricky if you do not pay for a vehicle as it’s a little bit of a far walk if you want to go to the other side of town. Overall we had the best time and worked perfectly for our needs!

Joseph’s property is a serene, peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and just a five-minute walk to the ocean. The tranquil setting and nature’s beauty made it the perfect escape for New Year's Eve. One highlight was meeting Macho, the friendly “guardian” dog, who quickly became a cherished part of our stay. Joseph’s hospitality was exceptional—he was kind, responsive, and even made us delicious homemade pizza one evening. We had a small misunderstanding about bringing two dogs instead of one, but Joseph was incredibly understanding and welcomed both with open arms. The property itself was well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with inviting outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy nature. Our only minor issue was a missed cleaning service, but Joseph apologized and offered to reschedule, though it was too close to our departure to be worthwhile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return!

Pat was always very attentive, when we arrived he greeted us personally, oriented us of places to eat, we loved the place!

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!
