Lavinia’s farmhouse is spotlessly clean and full of charm, an authentic Tuscan stay that is surrounded by olive groves and beautiful countryside and also well located for exploring the Val d’Or. Both Pienza and Montepulciano are within 20 minutes by car. The house is very quiet and we slept well. The bed linens are lovely. The wood burning stove made our mornings and evenings cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials for breakfast and lunch, including bread and pasta, but Lavinia really spoiled us with biscuits and chocolates for the kids and birthday treats for my husband. Lavinia’s warm hospitality started with our booking. Long before we arrived she promptly answered all of my questions and made many recommendations for restaurants and activities that were all fantastic. We encountered various obstacles on our journey enroute from Florence and she was also extremely flexible about our changing arrival times. What a wonderful home and location! All was exactly what we could have hoped for and more. Interior of Veronicas home is comfortable, clean and warm. We lacked for nothing. The exterior is amazing! Spent most of my time outside in awe of the view . Veronica and Antonella were so welcoming. So helpful with instructions and places to see. Thanks to both of them for sharing this beautiful place. A gift indeed for us.

The first thing that struck us about Orietta's apartment is the size, very large and comfortable rooms and kitchen. The furnishings are well-kept in a rustic setting, typical of the area. The village is small but with all the amenities. Orietta and Nicole were quick and responsive to all our requests. Absolutely recommended!

Great location and the 2 full size bathrooms were nice!
