We had the loveliest stay at Hal’s place. It was even nicer than what the photos show. Hal is the best host — super helpful and made us feel so welcome going out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. 15 minutes to the local ski fields and 7 mins to the supermarket. Thanks Hal, Ao and Kii! Can’t wait to come back.

We loved staying here. Easy drive to everything Morioka and the region had to offer. Plenty of parking. Despite the large size, the heating kept it warm. Beds were soft and cozy and there were room dividers that pulled down from the ceiling so we could separate a little from the kids. Kids playroom downstairs kept them occupied. Dining table and two couches was plenty of space to hang out. There was even a little gift shop where we bought apple juice and apple jelly from the farm to take home. Will definitely book again if we return to Morioka in the summer.

Sho and Meg were so kind that I wanted to make the accommodation schedule stronger. The instructions were so good, and they were quick to take care of any problems. The breakfast was so delicious and the response was so good. I'm planning to visit again next year. I highly recommend you go. Never. You won't regret it, and I recommend the Onigiri experience. Sho kindly teaches you well. I hope you say it a hundred times with your mouth and go and feel it yourself.
