Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Minturn

Had a great stay! Beautiful views and in great proximity to various resorts. Ashley was a very accommodating & kind host. I would recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking to get away in the mountains!

Tricia was a great host. She lives at the property but we never heard her and was super respectful of our space. She was responsive to everything and even made us cookies on our last night! The location is perfect my family walked to and from dinner every night. It was tough to leave because the view from the primary bedroom and the upstairs sitting area was nothing short of spectacular!!! The space was roomie enough for 8 adults to be there multiple days without feeling on top of each other. The private hot tub was a bonus as well!!

Our family loved staying in the home location was great very close to everything specially since we had no vehicle bus stop was near so it worked out perfectly for our needs house was cleaned and kitchen had everything we needed communication with Michael was great he helped us out we will definitely recommend it to anyone going to Breckenridge and we will definitely stay here again when ever we decided to come back 🤗

This is a great place walking distance from Leadville! Very good also for people that like to save money by cooking some meals as the house rather than go out for everything!

We were lucky enough to stay at Alex’s during a blizzard, fulfilling the “snowy, secluded cabin in the woods” vibe we wished for, but didn’t think we’d get when we booked months ago. The space was clean and homey, the beds were soft, and we had all the amenities we needed, including many streaming services to hunker down and cuddle up with at the end of the night. There was even a shovel to help us dig our car out when we had to make a grocery store run, haha.

My husband and I spent a week at the "Window of the Rockies" and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed just to sit back and relax. We loved the fireplace and hot tub, and out of the 7 days there, we only left 2 days, but that was only for a short trip to get more supplies from the local store. It was so nice to wake up to snow that accumulated in the evening while we slept and just look out the many windows, what an amazing view! Zachary was an amazing host and truly went above and beyond. He even had a Christmas tree with lights delivered prior to our arrival so we could enjoy it during our stay through New Year's Day - thank you so much! I would highly recommend this home and will be returning if we decide to plan another trip to Colorado.

We really enjoyed staying at Andrew’s property. The place was clean, convenient and cozy. Andrew was quick to respond when minor issues arose. Only complaint is it’s a steep hill to the property and other residents/guests parked on the hill which made the drive down with snow very difficult. If you stay here in the winter make sure you have a dependable 4WD. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great spot- super central to Breckenridge and Vail, and the town is so cute!

Our hosts were wonderful. The place was perfect for our needs. Walkable to local restaurants and drivable to various attractions. Fun to stay in a cute little town.

We stayed the week here on a family ski trip, and Lisa’s place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more, the location was ideal, we were able to ski in and out off super bee lift, and it was very well located near the shuttle that takes you to the other villages. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

This was a great stay for our weekend trip to Vail! The place itself was extremely clean and spacious. Great sized living space and bathroom with a washer/dryer. Location was perfect; it’s fairly close to Vail Village by car and the bus stop is a couple steps from the apartment. The view of the creek outside of your window is a plus. Only downside is you can hear the upstairs neighbors in the morning but that tends to happen with first floor apartments. Didn’t bother enough to take away from the overall comfort of the space. As to the host, Stephanie was always responsive and available for questions. She provided us with detailed/easy to understand instructions with ample time before our arrival. I have absolutely no complaints. Would stay again!

I think the location makes the place and communication. shame about the tree otherwise you would have slope views from the inside.

Katy is a great host and you cannot go wrong with renting her AirBnB. The accommodations she made for us were beyond kind and she left a great deal of additional amenities in the place for us. Amazing location too - within a 10 min walk from the bus station that connects you to Vail. We had a great stay!

Nancy was a wonderful host. The unit is bright and super comfortable. You are close to both mountains. Great stay!

Douglas’ home was perfect for our annual trip to Breck. The location is perfect, literally within mins of Main St. The house is clean, well-appointed, and easily accomodated my family of 6. The parking garage was a nice convenience as well. My family and I have stayed at various lodges on 4 O’Clock Rd over the years and this was the best yet. A true gem! See you next year!!!

Aaron’s place was exactly as described. It was quiet, cozy, and a great place for some R&R. I was out on the mountains snowboarding everyday I was in silverthorne so coming home to make a fire in the fireplace and watch a movie was the perfect way to end my night. Would definitely stay here again.

Denise's place is fabulous! Great location, quiet, and comfortable. I loved to walk out and ski in, and to be so close to town. It was a good size for a studio, nice closet space. Would love to return!

Loved this place. Incredible view, plenty of space, large patio. The kitchen was amazing with every possible item you could ever need, even lots of spices. There were plenty of paper products, shampoo, laundry products, etc. Very clean and inviting and just as it was described. I think it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We definitely hope to return.

The condo was as described, well-equipped, and was the perfect landing spot for our little family ski vacation.

Loved this place! Comfortable beds, loved the hot tub, internet worked great, and wonderful location! It is easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants! You also have a reserved spot/garage which is nice!

This was our 3rd year staying at Mary and Alan’s place. Wonderful condo that is spacious, bright and near the slopes. We were comfortable and utilized the additional amenities right across from the building - hot tub, heater pool, and sauna. The kids used the sleds to slide behind the condo, which was an additional plus, as I was able to monitor them directly from the windows.

10/10 recommend. The condo comfortably fit 4 adults. The view is breathtaking during winter. It's convenient to multiple ski resorts. The cookware is all in good shape which is hard to find in an air bnb. If this is your location you won't be disappointed.
