Vacation rentals in Mills River

Highly recommend this stay for a number of reasons. Mitch was incredibly responsive which was helpful to start since we arrived in some thick fog and had a tough time navigating the roads. Once we arrived the space was beautiful and welcoming, and we were even greeted with a bottle of wine. Perfectly located as it's only minutes from Downtown Asheville, we spent the day exploring the town and headed over to the Biltmore estate at night. Great time all around! Definitely check it out and well worth it for the price/location/etc.

Beautiful little house and extremely convenient to Asheville / I-26, worked perfectly as a home base while we were in town for an music festival in the city. The house itself is very new and neat as a pin, quite comfortable for our weekend stay and surrounded by rolling hills of old farmland. We were greeted each morning by deer in the front yard, and enjoyed stargazing under the sycamores every clear evening. One thing to note: although the property itself feels rural, it is very close to a truck stop and the highway, so it's not always peaceful outside; we didn't really mind but something to note for guests who prefer seclusion and solitude. Inside, however, is cozy and well-appointed, with comfy linens and lots of windows to take in the views. We loved the dormer window with views of the nearby mountains that looked like a painting! Would definitely stay here again, especially with the easy 20ish minute drive to Asheville.

the place was very nice and views were great! we enjoyed the stay. there were a lot of ladybugs and it was difficult to get there when the roads were icy. the home was very enjoyable and we would stay again. we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as well!

wonderful little place secluded off the road. Kitchen appliances and cookware, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed, nice tv, laptop desk. 10 minute walk to a grocery store. 15 minute walk to Main Street shops and restaraunts.

ideal for a family stay, convenient to downtown

a great and peaceful stay. it is decorated SO CUTE! the interior doors are worth seeing! the hot tub was perfect. a great spot for 2 couples with dogs to get away for the weekend. will be booking again!

We had a fantastic stay at this mountain retreat. It accommodated 7 adults very comfortably and we made use of all of the amenities - including the hot tub, fire pit, gym in the basement and ping pong table in the garage. During the rainy times we worked on puzzles, played games in front of the wonderful fireplace and enjoyed some family meals at the large dining room table, and when the weather improved, we had a great time exploring breweries in Mills River and Asheville. Marisa’s house is a beautiful cabin that was worth every penny. It is convenient to Brevard and the Pisgah Forest for the fishing and outdoor enthusiast. Marisa was very accommodating to my group and was prompt to responding to messages. The house was clean and lacked no amenities. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, etc. and linens were plentiful. I would recommend Marisa’s place for anyone hoping to get away and stay in a beautiful part of North Carolina.
