Latrigg Cottage is perfectly placed to enjoy Keswick and the Northern Lakes. Very comfy accommodation, lovely quiet location yet a hop and a skip from all that Keswick has to offer. We enjoyed lots of walks from the front door and also made use of the excellent local bus services (didn’t need to move/use the car for the whole week). Ideal spot for the two of us. Pete was great to deal with - helpful, friendly and quick to send useful info our way

Had a lovely weekend staying here with my mum. If you drive it was perfect - just outside Keswick/close to so many beautiful walks. Even though the place is an annexe to their house we felt private and undisturbed. Squeaky clean and comfortable with everything you might need. The view to the mountains from the porch was unbeatable. Would stay again!

This was our second trip here, absolutely beautiful place with gorgeous surroundings. The living area and kitchen are very spacious, perfect for all guests to spend time together. Also in a good location. Kim was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful home set in an idyllic location, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We really appreciated the gorgeous welcome hamper of local goodies, the bathroom products and great supply of logs for the cozy wood burner. It truly felt like a home from home and we had an amazing stay here. We loved walking to the local village and marina, and also explored Keswick, with some gentle walks around the lake with our children and a lovely viewpoint at “surprise view”. A trip to Buttermere Valley was very pretty and scenic too. We can see why Martin’s place has such great reviews, he gave us clear instructions, the house was exactly as described, easy check in (and good check in /check out times too), and lots of personal touches. You won’t regret staying here!
