Monthly Rentals in Milk Island

Had a great experience staying at Dogtown, will absolutely love to go back there again. The host was wonderful and very kind. The animals were beautiful and nice. Location was peaceful. Everything you may need was just 10/15mins away. We got all of our questions answered and more! Will be looking to book for the near future. We went for just a weekend and it truly was worth it.

We came to Gloucester for my Aunt's funeral and stayed in Sergio's lovely ground floor apartment. It is beneath the host and beautifully maintained with a separate entrance in the back. Be aware it is in a very residential neighborhood but there were no issues. There was a parking spot for us and clear directions on how to get to the apt. in the back with an easy access process. We were most pleased with his flexibility when we asked if we could stay another night so not to drive home in the dark. He was very accommodating and responsive, making it easy for us to change our plans. We'd love to come back to the area for more of a vacation and will definitely consider staying here again. We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Maryanne’s. It’s the perfect space for a couple or single person. The house is about a half an hour walk to the downtown Bear Skin Neck area or to the commuter rail which was very convenient for us. Maryanne had everything we needed and was very welcoming! Had fresh baked bread waiting for us when we arrived which was a very nice surprise! We were visiting Massachusetts to explore Salem around Halloween time and Boston. We ended up really enjoying Rockport and it’s the perfect distance from surrounding cities.

Cozy, quiet, comfortable lodgings for our first overnight visit to the tip of Cape Ann. A basket of muffins was waiting for us when we arrived. Stunning ocean views are a short walk away. Lots to see and do in downtown Rockport, a short drive down Granite Street. Very scenic area!
