Giving 5 stars based on the hosts’ clear, responsive communication as well as their kindness! After a snowstorm and two cancelled flights, my trip had to be called off. They were kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the process and I hope I have the chance to stay for real next time.

Kelly’s cottage was warm and inviting. The kitchen had breakfast items, appliances and any cookware you might need. It had a special charm, with plenty of sunlight and a great screened porch when the weather allowed. We were there when it was chilly and the heat kept us warm. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking.

Lovely cottage! Excellent location near Emory -- walkable to great restaurants and Emory itself. Convenient and walkable! Kind hosts, and their place was great -- very clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Our hosts were great! The cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was a convenient short drive to the Marta station to take the subway in to Atlanta downtown. This was very convenient to get to and from Mercedes Benz stadium. We felt right at home!

Quincy continues to be a 'super host'! His place is clean, private, very comfortable and make you feel as if you were at home. All the amenities one would need at an Airbnb.

We enjoyed staying at Dawn’s place. The cottage is very peaceful and quiet yet accessible to Decatur shops and restaurants. The space was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is large, with a spacious shower. Dawn was a very proactive and flexible host and communicated with us very well. We would definitely stay again.

Great location walking distance from Decatur Square. Small and cozy apartment good for solo traveler!

this is the second time we've stayed with Stacy. the space is beautiful, spacious, clean and a pretty furnished kitchen! both times, I've been able to bake a pie to be taken to my family gatherings that I'm in town for. The 'above and beyond' thing that Stacy provides is some basic fridge items so you can have a quick breakfast without going out for your own groceries. I love this space and when we come to town, I'll always check for it's availability before looking elsewhere. we didn't bring our dogs this time, but it's pet friendly and accomodating. 🥰

Phenomenal location and peaceful neighborhood

Cute decore, awesome yard space for summer guests, in a quiet neighborhood, not a bad option.. just look closely at the 5 minute shower clause before you book.

Stayed here for several weeks and I loved every moment! Mary is unbeatable as a host. Calling her proactive doesn’t even do it justice. She’s kind and always ahead of whatever one might need. Things to be mindful of: if you’re walking to beltline don’t turn right out of the property and take the main road. You’re better off going left, around to the other side of the block, and taking back roads down to old fourth ward park — the main road out to the right is too busy and feels unsafe to walk sometimes. Also, the fridge is very small — if you’re there for a week or a few days it’s fine, but if you are staying longer term it’s definitely something to be mindful of. Recommend this place 10/10. Overall it’s pricey, no doubt, but a beautiful spot where you truly forget you’re in a major city. Couldn’t recommend more!

I’m local but I needed to find an Airbnb because I discovered mold in my apartment. This was a very last minute need and during a holiday week so I wasn’t sure what would be available, especially because I was trying to stay in / near the Decatur area. Needless to say, I was happy to find this one. The location was very quiet, although since this is garage apartment, you can hear the garage door open and close. But overall this was a very peaceful stay. If you’re looking for a little rest and relaxation, you’ll find it here. The unit is well appointed and everything was very comfortable. Nice closet size, walk in shower, large kitchen, comfy couch. The only downside for me (and this is purely a preference thing) was that the mattress was a little soft. The hoists were incredibly communicative throughout. Definitely worth a stay if you are visiting the Atlanta area!

Staying at this little house with my girlfriends was amazing. It was the perfect amount of space. Everything was super clean and we loved the hot tub. The community looks a little rough around the edges but not too bad. If I had one suggestion it would be to get thicker/black out curtains because the sun comes in super bright in the morning and hooks to hand coats. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Had a great stay at Brian and Kip’s cottage! We stayed for a week and had everything we needed- my husband and I work remotely and we were both able to work comfortably. We enjoyed how walkable the location was as well. Would stay again!

I had a great stay at Elsa’s. The guesthouse is a cute, comfortable suite, with all the amenities one could want. The soundbar was a really nice addition, making this a standout Airbnb. I enjoyed all the windows and natural light. Elsa was prompt in communicating and friendly, and advised me to move my car onto the street due to the snow. I’m glad I did, as the snow turned to ice overnight, which would have made driving tricky. (Driveway is steep, so low vehicles be mindful of that.) I recommend this stay for solo travelers and couples!

What a great place to stay! Close to a great district and this place was one of my favorites in a beautiful neighborhood. So clean and accommodating. Steve was an amazing host. Would return without question!

Very nice place. They didn't cheap out on materials like some AirBnbs I've stayed at. I had no issues checking in or out. Parking is easy, and there is a Marta station nearby, but there's not a ton to do in the immediate area from what I could find. I think it's a good base to stay while you explore other busier parts of the city.

They were extremely responsive and helpful any time we needed anything!! The space is very cute and has everything you need. We stayed incredibly comfortably for two whole weeks. I also have some health issues that they were both incredibly kind and respectful and accommodating about! Great stay!!

Stephen and Oscar were extremely helpful providing very specific videos and responding quickly to any questions we had.

This was a sweet little place, simple and comfortable. I love the area for walking and good food. Very central. Lindy was very communicative and helpful- she left a mop out for us, allowed changes to our guest group, and allowed one of our party book for a few extra days. Thanks Lindy!
