Family-friendly vacation rentals in Midtown Atlanta

John’s house is amazing. Very spacious and plenty of amenities. 10-15 mins to Suntrust Park. Would definitely stay again!!!

The photos don't do the mansion justice. It is so much better than we ever imagined. Adam was responsive, from the very moment we booked (nearly a year in advance) to the day we left. The house was beautiful and had ever amenity possible. There were 12 women for a week and we all had lots of space, both to get together and also for some much needed "alone time". I can't say enough about our experience. I would give this place the highest possible recommendation.

Staying at Jill & Bert’s place is like visiting the home of long-lost cousins – & that is how you are treated. They bend over backwards to make sure you feel at home in their charming, historic house. We were greeted by fresh-baked cookies & fresh flowers. You will find books, art & travel mementos in every nook & cranny. Our 3-generation group of 8 had all the space we needed with 2 sleeping spaces & 2 bathrooms on the first floor & 4 sleeping spaces & 2 bathrooms on the second floor. We did not have any issues with the other renters on the property, but were glad that Jill told us of their presence when we arrived, as we did hear an occasional thump from that side of the house or car door closing. The kitchen had all the space we needed to cook a holiday meal & the dining room had ample room for enjoying it. Jill even showed us where to find extra table linens to make it more festive. We loved having access to the hot tub and being able to walk to dinner one evening.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Lisa Maria's Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Lisa Maria was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions. We had a great stay at Jason’s. It was easy to find and in a quiet, safe neighborhood within minutes of anything we needed in Atlanta. There is a MARTA station nearby, which helps immensely if you’d rather take public transportation into the city. Everything was just as pictured. Lots of fun with the pool table and it was amazing to have the hot tub right outside the bedroom. Jason was super friendly and responsive, ready to help with any questions we had. We would love to return if we are in the area again!

This was an amazing place to stay, located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. We only wish the weather had been warmer so we could have fully enjoyed the gorgeous backyard, complete with a pool, hot tub, and fire pit—such a perfect setup for relaxation! Getting to downtown Atlanta was super convenient, just a quick 12-minute Uber ride away. Dina was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Dina again on our next visit to Atlanta!

Great location for exploring the city from a peaceful friendly neighborhood. Lavonne’s cheerily decorated home was the perfect respite after busy days of visiting, sightseeing, walking in Atlanta and indulging in great food. If you choose to stay in the kitchen is well equipped. Beds were super comfortable, the couch was a favorite lounging spot, and the porch was lovely. We’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying here. It’s close to downtown and in a very walkable area. The host instruction was very clear. And I had no problem adjusting to the area.

We had a phenomenal stay, myself and my friend group of 4. Though we were snowed out and only stayed for half our planned trip, Hope and the team took care of us and was responsive to all questions and needs. We went to an event at The Eastern and the walking distance was perfect! Highly recommend to anyone going to an event there's and wishing to stay overnight, especially with a group. The house is spacious and the furniture is comfortable and homey. No dull rooms or decorations. Had dishes and everything we could of possibly needed. Highly recommend to all!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Phyllis’ rental! We brought our 3 dogs with us and they felt right at home during our stay. The suite had everything we needed, was very clean, and pretty soundproof (could barely hear anything within the main house). The surrounding neighborhood was also very pleasant to walk through and felt safe. Phyllis herself was also a delight to speak with and very accommodating. She’s also very quick to respond and so sweet. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more!

such a lovely, quiet space for us to be while we were away from home. It was extremely close to Emory where my husband had his surgery. I was able to get away from the hospital and take a break because hospitals are exhausting. Netflix and wifi - what else is there? lol. Their beautiful dog was so friendly. Not a complaint with any part of our stay. AND.. the main house looked incredible.

You can’t do much better than this location in terms of walking access to the downtown convention centers. Really homey place, elegant decor, and extremely well stocked, so many little things that you may need are most likely provided, and Thomas is very responsive and attentive. Absolutely recommend.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. Perfect location to shopping, dining and entertainment. We will recommend this property. Perfect spacious private property. Thanks Porter Brothers for hosting us.

We were in Atlanta for a baseball tournament and we had three families staying together. It fit our needs perfectly and the boys loved having the downstairs area. The pool was a fun addition for the boys in between games. Kroger was nearby for groceries and we had everything we needed to cook dinner every night. Tricia was very responsive and helped whenever we needed it. We would recommend this house and host 100%.
