We had a wonderful stay at Igor’s peaceful little paradise! Igor and Michelle are exceptional hosts who genuinely enjoy connecting with their guests over tea. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and gave us spot-on recommendations for restaurants ,and introduced us to the absolute guru of massages! Maybe, just maybe… I’ll master the courage to join the yoga sessions next time… after a little nudge! 😄

A high end quality villa, 3-5 minutes by tuk tuk from Marissa Beach. Can highly recommend staying here for a few nights. Staff is great too.

Beautiful new place only open 3 months. Still some minor works taking place but nothing disruptive to our stay. We were the only people there st one stage - like our own private villa! Awesome views! Great location for wandering the lanes of Unawatuna for eating drinking and shopping. Very attentive, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Best accommodation we had on our 10 day trip to SL!

Casa Maria was an oasis to step in to. Lush gardens, the pool, the French press coffee, just a step away from the beach and some really tasty restaurants in the streets near by. Maria and her crew was so nice, and our room with a large private balcony was just perfect for our family of four. Would like to stay longer here, absolutely recommend Casa Maria. Our family of 6 have just spent a wonderful week at Villa Alba. The villa was perfect, the food was amazing and the staff and setting superb. Not in the heart of the action but we were looking for something secluded, yet accessible when needed. The accomodation was even better than it appeared on the website. Special thank you to Kalana, who looked after us everyday, nothing was too difficult for him. All the staff went the extra mile, they picked up on our preferences and adjusted the menu and room service without even asking. We came away feeling very relaxed and would highly recommend a stay at Villa Alba to anyone. Thank you to all the team for making us feel so welcome.

The villa was one of the first to book. And they didn't lose at all. It looks external, as well as internally, very good. Everything is clean, no rust, mold, bad smell. Made in a European way. There is a guy here who monitors the cleanliness of the rooms and the territory. He cleans the rooms, the common area, it is important that he removes all the cobwebs that can appear, fallen leaves, etc. There is also a cook. If you do not want to cook, he will cook a delicious and beautiful breakfast for an additional fee. ( also takes into account your wishes and allergies) Location - if you don't have your own transport or a personal tuk tuk tuk will be a little difficult for you. There are no normal shops or restaurants nearby. You'll have to drive. And you can't walk to the beach quickly. The best part is the hosts. Max and Klim. Very active, open minded guys. Always in touch. When it worked, they brought me drops. We went together to listen to Klim's music, organized a warm friendly dinner. And Max made an awesome chicken there. Would recommend!

Best place to stay in Mirissa ! The rooms are clean and nice. The owners are very hospitality and if you need a help just ask them !

We stayed here for 5 nights. It was a very homely stay at La Bella. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a different spread each day. The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning and water heating worked well. The location is just perfect to explore Galle and surrounding areas. We had a nice time chatting with the owner Lasantha and his family as well. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to visit again here soon. They made us feel at home 😊

We had a wonderful stay. The place is awesome, beautiful landscape and surroundings . The bungalows are decorated with style and quality furniture. The bed is very comfortable . The hosts is very sympathetic and helpful. The food was very good and the presentation like a piece of art 😍. We highly recommend this place … we definitely will come back. Thank you again 🙏

We stayed at Moonray for 4 nights. The listing was as advertised in the photos. It has everything you need. For the slightly longer stay, it would be great if the room had even more storage space or hooks. But it's not problematic. Important to know, you have to go to the center in about 10 minutes. The housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. Thilina was always quick to respond to questions.

Nipun is a really genuine, kind, honest and helpful person (a feeling shared by the wider community). He makes great eggs in the morning too! Nipun helped to organise a taxis and had good local advice. He also has a great sense of humour. Nipun’s place is spacious and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It is centrally located close to all the local breaks (most are within walking distance)and less than 10 seconds to Lazy Left. The road is busy but not at night. I had a really good stay and would recommend if you are looking for laid back, friendly and relaxed!

The B&B is located on the main road of the town of Unawatuna and is a private house with a yard.Next to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and dining are very convenient.The beach is a short walk away. The room is large, each room has good lighting and layout, equipped with a mosquito net, and the bed is also very comfortable to sleep on. It is worth mentioning that going into the yard needs to ring the doorbell first, the staff will lock the door in time after opening the door, on the other hand, going out is also very reassuring. Anna also thoughtfully recommended good restaurants around, and for now, it's the best homestay I've stayed in Sri Lanka.
