Monthly Rentals in Miami Gardens

Perfect for what my daughter and I needed for a quick trip for a gymnastics competition. We didn't spend much time in the in the house other than to sleep. The house is very nicely updated and has everything you'd need to be comfortable. Do be aware that there are multiple tenants on that single property so you will hear others coming and going as we did throughout the night. The checkout process is incredibly easy making it very seamless when it's time to pack up and head to the airport.

Charles was a great host he promised me a quiet spot to study while in school and he delivered on that promise. Everything was clean and the outside area is a great spot to hangout and get some sun.

The place is quiet and extremely cute. It is perfect for events at hard rock. When events are over it’s really hard to get car home. The walk back is flat and fairly well lit. Worked out great.

It was a good place to stay while attending a conference.
