Everything was perfect - accomodation in quiet location very close to Miami Beach and shops / bakery. comunication with Alicia and Mark was excelent - very friendly and helpfull. appartement was very good equiped and clean. Both of Paula’s accommodations are lovely. Very clean with everything you need to feel right at home. We found the 2 bedroom too hot on the first night, as there was a heat wave with high humidity. Paula was so helpful and let us swap to the one bedroom with air con, which happened to be vacant. The air con was very effective and we were so grateful but I think we would have eventually acclimatised to the 2 bedroom if we had to, it has lots of fans. Thanks Paula, we hope to return., loved it!

The host was super responsive. Very beautiful property and one of the best I have encountered so far. You will be impressed. You can hear the waves at night from the upstairs balcony and the bedroom. I was very happy to be there and I will book again for sure. The only issue I had was that they were fully booked and I couldn’t stay longer :)

Simone’s place was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. The location is great, it’s a quick walk to Miami Beach and not too far into the town of Oistins (walking). We walked and took the bus for the first 4 days and then got a vehicle for the last 4 days. If you don’t mind walking to the bus stop a car isn’t necessary with the location. However, if you want to explore the island like we did get a car for a few days! Everything was very clean and tidy. The beach chairs and noddles were a bonus. We packed all our food in the coolers attached to the chairs when walking down to the beach. The rooftop patio is perfect for eating supper. Simon was very kind and helpful. All of the locals were as well. We loved our stay here and will definitely we back.
