Monthly Rentals in Metro Manila

Great place to stay in BGC. Location is in the center of the best places for food and shopping. A couple of blocks away from Mitsukoshi and Uptown mall. And about 8 minute walk to high street. We immediately got at home with the place. It looked more spacious due to properly utilizing the space. A mini mart is just right next to the building and super safe to walk around even at night. Security personnel were present at all times in the building and outside on the street. Shower pressure was high the washer and dryer was a great amenity specially for long stays like we did. Overall it was a great stay for the great price, we will sure to stay again if we are back in Manila.

I stayed here for a few days and based on my overall experience, I’d give this a 9.1/10. What I liked about this place was it’s exactly as described in the photos. The host is very communicative as well. Thanks for having me!

The hosts are very helpful, they helped me a lot when they saw i got a broken foot, which i appreciate a lot ! They even suggested to help me with my groceries and food if needed! They were also very helpful when i needed to extend my stay and figured a solution ! I can only recommend them and their apartments that got a breathtaking view.

The place is accessible to mostly everything- convenient stores, restaurants & malls. The location is safe as well. Public transport is easy.
