Benny and the caretaker Jose Harshal are absolute professionals. The instructions they provide was clear-cut. The place is neat and tidy, also the host was responsive and friendly and always there to help. I particularly like the way Jose communicated and helped me checkout as per my flexibility. Had a wonderful stay! The hosts were really nice and gave us lots of recommendations for Kochi. The house was very beautiful, clean and comfortable is located in a quiet area. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I stayed at this place for a little over 2 weeks. The place matched the description in the photos that are posted. The place was very clean and modern. Modern appliances and nice bathroom with shower. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The place had a washing machine, fridge, gas cooktop, 3 AC machines, 2 showers, iron (no iron board), microwave, water purifier. The owner does not live on property but the caretaker, Manoj, lives on property with his family. He is very nice and helpful. However, he does not speak English so I could not communicate with him. Thankfully, my wife speaks Malayalam and was able to speak with him. Other than that, I would recommend this place. It is a nice place to stay and very good experience overall.

My mom, sister and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Janice’s beautiful home in Kakanad, Kochi, and it was an incredible experience! The place is just as stunning as the pictures on Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, Janice made us feel right at home. She was proactive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable—such a thoughtful host! The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. Overall, the house is impeccably maintained, which really added to our relaxation and enjoyment. This property is truly a gem, and I hope all future guests treat it with care. We had such a wonderful time that we’re already planning to return in January or February! Thank you, Janice, for everything. If you're considering booking, do it now—this place is worth it!

Eldhose place was quite a fantastic one to stay near the airport. The place was amazing with all the clear instructions provided. I would highly recommend one staying here. For me, I will return back to his place for sure. A great host!
