Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

A perfect stay at Rita's. With her husband François, our hosts gave us a very nice welcome and responded to all our requests. The accommodation was as described and located in a very quiet area of Le Cannet, close to the center of Cannes. I would highly recommend it!

Our stay was really good, the apartment was just as described. Natacha, the co-host, was very friendly, helpful, responded quickly to all our requests and shared tipps on events.

Stefania was really quick to reply to all messages, and very flexible and accommodating with check in and check out times to suit my flights. She was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and a very good spec for old town Cannes (speaking from experience!!). It was incredibly well stocked - everything you could need in a kitchen, included coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc.., and everything else you could need like an iron, hairdryer etc… A very good location at the top of old town so you’re 30 seconds walk from all of the restaurants and bars of Le Suquet. Really happy with the stay and very good value, thank you Stefania!

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

We were great at Monique's apartment! Spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. The beautiful Garden is lovely. In addition, the apartment is very close to shops, public transport and restaurants. Monique received us and explained everything. We stayed for a week and we liked it. Amazing apartment, but unfortunately we couldn't stay, because we like absolute quiet, but there was near bar, closes 23. But our child sleep graphic is 20.00 . But step aside that, amazing apartment and amazing owners.

As someone who is used to traveling often and staying via Airbnb, I can tell you that Miguel's apartment in Cannes is simply worthy of a five-star rating. Everything was perfect: well thought-out plans, impeccable cleanliness, decoration and layout down to the smallest detail. The location is ideal, a short walk to the Croisette and many restaurants. Miguel is a caring host, very responsive with great communication. An exceptional experience that I would recommend without so much as a second thought!
