The apartment has a great location: - every morning you can buy everything fresh and in the best quality for breakfast at the Provencal market - Supermarket and all shops in the immediate vicinity - very good restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity - all car-free, as the old town and pedestrian area - several underground garages in close proximity with a relatively cheap weekly pass - Check-in was flexible, we had traffic jams on the highway due to holiday traffic - everything was no problem. Everything was very friendly and relaxed - the apartment was very nice and clean, we felt very comfortable - Antibes and the surroundings are wonderful, here you can walk, hike, go out, eat, meet culture and art

Apartment as described, clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights for 4, a little far on foot from the famous Promenade des Anglais or Old Nice. It takes a 25-minute walk. We were lucky to find a free space right downstairs every time. The building is very quiet but seems moderately well soundproofed, but that didn't bother us. In short, a pleasant stay in a lovely city.

Exactly as advertised, in a convenient location

Perfect! Great location, a short walk from the Promenade, 200m from secure parking and a short hop from pedestrian streets, Place Massena and Old Nice. It was great to enjoy the Carnival. The apartment is great, hyper-faithful description and photos, you feel at home, tastefully furnished and with high quality services (Italian shower, air conditioning, bedding, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, TV, WiFi, etc.), in short everything to have a great stay. Quiet street, excellent soundproofing. Nicolas is very attentive, very proactive before/during/after the stay. Very attentive. A super comprehensive book on services and things to do. Customized welcome with Amandine. Extra value for money. We recommend 200%! And we'll be back!

Christian and Nina’s place is exactly what is pictured. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood a short walk from the beach. The balcony overlooks the Tennis Club and is a fun place to watch the players. There is a mini grocery store a short walk away and a larger store less than a mile. If you rent a car, ask for a small one as the parking space in the building is typically pretty small. The A/C works great, the shower is very nice and all the instructions for the appliances are included with a variety of other details about the apartment. We would happily return for another stay!

Lovely apartment stay in a good location - 20 minutes walking from Old Nice and 30 from the beach. There are great restaurants nearby recommended by the hosts. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and the heat worked great. Be aware the apartment is up a lot of stairs (we stored our stroller downstairs, convenient) without elevator, but it didn't bother us.

Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect; we love this kind of smaller town where is beautiful and peaceful, with some great restaurants by the seaside. The scenery is breathtaking, and waking up to the stunning view of the Mediterranean every morning was such a treat. The flat had everything we needed. The underfloor heating kept us cozy and warm in winter, and the rooms were bright and filled with natural light during the day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility and amazing views!

Stefania was really quick to reply to all messages, and very flexible and accommodating with check in and check out times to suit my flights. She was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and a very good spec for old town Cannes (speaking from experience!!). It was incredibly well stocked - everything you could need in a kitchen, included coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc.., and everything else you could need like an iron, hairdryer etc… A very good location at the top of old town so you’re 30 seconds walk from all of the restaurants and bars of Le Suquet. Really happy with the stay and very good value, thank you Stefania!

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

A modern gem! The amenities were top-notch, the apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Our host went above and beyond.Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay. We used Nice as our base and travelled daily to the surrounding towns. 15 minute walk to the train station , made it super accessible. As well, as a short walk to the beach and old town. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning!
