Très bel appartement, fonctionnel, propre et bien situé entre la mer et de magnifiques sentiers de randonnée dans l'Esterel. La vue sur le Golfe de la Napoule est magnifique, nous en avons pleinement profité depuis la terrasse. Hervé nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé pour nous accompagner dans notre séjour.

Comunicazione con l'host eccellente. Ottima la posizione vicino a la Croisette e a un supermercato. L'appartamento è tranquillo e con una dotazione essenziale, ma adeguata. Agnes e suo figlio sono stati gentili e accoglienti.

Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage: - jeden Morgen kann man auf dem provencalischen Markt alles frisch und in bester Qualität fürs Frühstück einkaufen - Supermarkt und alle Geschäfte in direkter Nachbarschaft - sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés in direkter Nähe - alles autofrei, da Altstadt und Fußgängerbereich - mehrere Tiefgaragen in nächster Nähe mit relativ günstigem Wochenpass - Check in verlief flexibel, wir hatten Stau auf der Autobahn wegen Feiertagsverkehr- alles kein Problem. Alles verlief sehr freundlich und entspannt - das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Antibes und die Umgebung sind wunderbar, hier kann man spazieren, wandern, ausgehen, essen gehen, Kultur und Kunst begegnen

Appartement conforme à la description, propre et confortable. Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits à 4, un peu loin à pieds de la fameuse promenade des anglais ou du vieux Nice. Il faut compter 25 minutes de marche. Nous avons eu la chance de trouver chaque fois une place gratuite juste en bas. L’immeuble est très calme mais semble moyennement bien insonorisé, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Bref un séjour agréable dans une jolie ville.

Séjour parfait chez Fabio. Parfait pour ceux qui veulent être proches de la Croisette, du palais et de la rue d’Antibes. Appartement silencieux, fonctionnel. Merci à Fabio pour l’accueil .

Parfait ! Emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la Promenade, à 200m d’un parking sécurisé et à un saut de puce des rues piétonnes, de la place Massena et du Vieux Nice. C’était génial pour profiter du Carnaval. L’appartement est top, description et photos hyper fidèles, on se sent comme à la maison, meublé avec goût et avec des prestations de grande qualité (douche italienne, climatisation, literie, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche linge, cafetière, télévision, wifi….), bref tout pour passer un super séjour. Rue calme, insonorisation top. Nicolas est aux petits soins, très proactif avant/pendant/après le séjour. Très attentionné. Un book hyper complet sur les prestations et les choses à faire. Accueil sur mesure avec Amandine. Rapport qualité/prix extra. Nous recommandons à 200% ! Et nous reviendrons !

Christian and Nina’s place is exactly what is pictured. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood a short walk from the beach. The balcony overlooks the Tennis Club and is a fun place to watch the players. There is a mini grocery store a short walk away and a larger store less than a mile. If you rent a car, ask for a small one as the parking space in the building is typically pretty small. The A/C works great, the shower is very nice and all the instructions for the appliances are included with a variety of other details about the apartment. We would happily return for another stay!

Lovely apartment stay in a good location - 20 minutes walking from Old Nice and 30 from the beach. There are great restaurants nearby recommended by the hosts. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and the heat worked great. Be aware the apartment is up a lot of stairs (we stored our stroller downstairs, convenient) without elevator, but it didn't bother us.

Ottimo soggiorno, l’appartamento si trova in una meravigliosa strada molto centrale. Appartamento funzionale e molto confortevole. Da consigliare.

Piccolo appartamentino in posizione super centrale, all’interno di un cortile e quindi senza vista sul mare, però molto comodo per tutti i servizi. Sottolineo l’estrema pulizia, l’organizzazione e l’ordine dell’appartamento, cosa non scontata. Era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno, l’appartamento è in ottimo stato, tutto l’ arredamento, bagno compreso, è nuovo.

Ho soggiornato nel appartamento di Fethi dal 10 al 20 agosto mi sono trovato benissimo da subito. L'appartamento è perfetto, con tutte le comodità, posizione eccellente, tutto a portata di mano. Lo consiglio a tutti. Un saluto alla co-host Natacha che ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi. Spero di ritornare.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect; we love this kind of smaller town where is beautiful and peaceful, with some great restaurants by the seaside. The scenery is breathtaking, and waking up to the stunning view of the Mediterranean every morning was such a treat. The flat had everything we needed. The underfloor heating kept us cozy and warm in winter, and the rooms were bright and filled with natural light during the day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility and amazing views!

Stefania was really quick to reply to all messages, and very flexible and accommodating with check in and check out times to suit my flights. She was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and a very good spec for old town Cannes (speaking from experience!!). It was incredibly well stocked - everything you could need in a kitchen, included coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc.., and everything else you could need like an iron, hairdryer etc… A very good location at the top of old town so you’re 30 seconds walk from all of the restaurants and bars of Le Suquet. Really happy with the stay and very good value, thank you Stefania!

A modern gem! The amenities were top-notch, the apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Our host went above and beyond.Communication was seamless! Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay. We used Nice as our base and travelled daily to the surrounding towns. 15 minute walk to the train station , made it super accessible. As well, as a short walk to the beach and old town. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning!
