Monthly Rentals in Mendota Heights

I had a great week staying here! I was working in downtown Minneapolis, and this was an easy 20 minute drive away. Totally worth it if you enjoy serenity and quiet. It’s definitely a “no frills” kind of vibe…but it’s super cozy and functional, nestled in the beautiful woods of Mendota…with hiking and biking trails within walking distance. And it feels a bit like a fun step back in time with all the VHS’s, DVDs, and CDs on display. The appliances are updated and very nice. The beds are very comfy, and the kitchen is WELL stocked. On top of all this, the hosts were VERY kind…checking in with me throughout the week to make sure I had everything I needed. I was told they would be doing some construction/renovation soon. So I imagine it will eventually become an even more valuable hidden gem than it already is!

We have stayed here twice while having work done on our house. The apartment is clean, comfortable and modern. Emily is so easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Parking is easy and neighborhood is safe, friendly and walkable.

Great studio for a romantic getaway. Quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. I needed a handheld mixer and Megan provided one without hesitation when I inquired. Central location and close to everything. Host was also flexible and understanding. We went barhopping the night before check-out (bad idea, I know), but Host was willing to let us check-out a few hours later, which was a life saver. Lol. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was a great place and very affordable, we will be back!
