This place is a little gem! Exactly like the pictures described, it is extremely clean and comfortable and I felt really at home. Catrin gave very helpful instructions of how to find the place and was very responsive and helpful in messages. It is ideal as a base for walking. I absolutely loved my stay!

It was a fantastic property and Kim always responded to our queries and makes sure we were okay. We’re definitely coming back when next we’re in north wales. Definitely recommend!!

This place was beautiful, small but had everything we needed to feel at home. Real quality and comfort. Lowri was quick to answer my queries before arrival and welcomed us as we arrived and let us know she was available if we needed anything or had questions. The welcome brownies were delicious 😋 and the fresh ground coffee made my mornings perfect! We had lovely weather for our walks up Yr Wyddfa and Conwy and to come back to this place with underfloor heating was bliss for our achy feet! There is an amazing chippy a few miles away called Tir A Môr, they make your fish and chips to order and it's worth the wait, probably the best I've had in a very long time. The kitchen area may look small but works great, I mainly used the microwave/airfyer to warm my croissants and make scrambled eggs for breakfast! Highly recommended 👌

Excellent family stay for two weeks. Convenient drive to everywhere in north Wales and Snowdonia so perfect for day trips, from mountain walks to beaches to seaside towns. The place was immaculately clean and had a tonne of space. The nearby town five minutes' drive has all amenities including a Co-op, a few pubs fish and chips, vet etc. Excellent and cost-effective wash/dry service (even better than a self -washer dryer). Huge garden with picnic table so perfect for families with a pet.
