Our stay at this place was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness of the space—it felt as though every detail had been thoughtfully attended to. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream! It had everything we needed to prepare meals, making our time there feel like a home away from home. The private scenery surrounding the backyard was breathtaking, providing a peaceful and serene backdrop that made our stay truly special. The host was outstanding—responsive, thoughtful, and always available to answer any questions. Their hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to an already wonderful experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and relaxing retreat. We can’t wait to return!

We arrived from the cold North and were very pleased to relax and enjoy this location. The house is in a lovely neighborhood in a quiet setting, and all photos exactly represented what we found. It was a wonderful place to escape from Winter for a few days. The pool was enjoyable, although the Florida weather was a bit chilly and so was the water when we arrived. As Florida temps rose, the pool felt more comfortable too. Rooms are stunning and decor is so beautiful. I highly recommend this home for a large family looking to relax for a while.

Our family can barely believe how awesome our vacation in this place was. We did so many things in the area, cocoa beach, Melbourne beach to see a sunset and 5 days in disney world parks. So the location of the house is perfect. The place itself is so quiet and cozy, and it’s much bigger than mike’s photos makes it seem. Very high ceiling helps a lot. The yard is a special place, you can feel that at some point in the past someone was very obsessed with it. So many little details and different kinds of trees. The sunroom is nice too, gets quite hot in a typical july afternoon but it’s perfect in the morning. Mike even allowed us to collect a pineapple and some mangos (they were the best we ever had). Really you can’t go wrong with mike’s place, he is a responsive host and his home is perfect. We were 2 adults with our 3 kids (2,3,6 years old) and we had all the space we needed. I cooked all our meal in the kitchen that has everything one needs.

We all loved our stay at this Merritt Island home! Very clean, organized, and comfortable. Very kid friendly!! Sara was very responsive when asked questions about the home or places to go. This home was perfect and we very much enjoyed our time there!

Ali’s place was perfect. lots of space, great price, everything was labeled, she had any and everything you could possibly need in the house. Beautiful place. Booked a long weekend with our best friends. We loved the property and the privacy we had. This place has EVERTHNG!! We book a trip to Sebastian every year and this will be the place we will be coming back to!

For my first time staying at an air bnb I was nervous but once I got there I was amazed. The place was extreme clean I did have an issue with the a/c but it was at no fault of amy and when I mentioned it to her she got right in getting the situation resolved. Property manager came right over and fixed the issue. My son loved the pool and the fact that half the house was all his. Felt right at home. Highly recommend her place. Very Very pleased with the turnout. Once I walked through the door my worries were gone. Thank for Amy for renting us your house.

Clean house with plenty of space and beds. Everything was just as described. not far from the beach, tons of restaurants and shopping, Publix and Sprouts grocery stores right close by. it was nice to be somewhere that the owner are conscious and have measures to keep you healthy, even while traveling! We utilized the pool, fire pit, work out equipment and there were lots of good books to read. It was perfect for our family to get away together.

This place was a delightful getaway spot. Across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. How lovely! The rooms were spacious, the bedding really nice. And the outdoor pool and hot tub were like an oasis. We grilled each night and ate together either inside around the table or outdoors on the many locations to cozy up and dine outside. We dipped in the cool pool (we went in January!) and then warmed up in the hot tub. So great to enjoy sunrise and evening just a few steps to the ocean across the street. We had tea and coffee each morning and felt right at home. What a lovely place to create core memories for our family of four!

Matthew's home was very beautiful and the amenities were useful. The pool was heated so we were able to swim even in December. We were able to walk right to the beach, and there was also free parking if you have an elder family member who may not be able to walk a block or so. We would love to stay here again.

The house was very well stocked and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet/safe and the backyard is incredible. Love how organized (and labeled) everything was! 10/10 would stay here again and/or recommend!

We had an amazing time at this home, the home is exactly as the Airbnb listing. Everything was perfect! Great location for the beach, Sebastian is close too. The kitchen was outstanding for cooking meals and the pantry provides so much room for your grocery supplies. Overall, our experience was nothing short of superb. Our Host Eddie was the best of the best, he paid attention to every single detail of our trip. We will be back next year! Thank you for the beautiful memories we made.

Johns place is amazing , perfect for a getaway! Loved being able to wake up every morning and have coffee on the balcony overlooking the river. Within walking distance of the beach! John is a great guy and easily accessible for any needs while staying at his place. My family and I really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back again.

Yulieth was a great host, she was very responsive anytime we had a question. The house is very cute, completely remodeled and super comfortable. We couldn’t use the pool because the heater had just broken down, but we came to visit Cape Canaveral so not a big deal for us. House is right below a main road but we didn’t hear anything at night. It is just a few blocks from the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!
