Family-friendly vacation rentals in Melbourne Beach

The tiny house was adorable! As was the tropical landscaped backyard. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. There was even coffee and creamer for the coffee maker and toiletries in the medicine cabinet. We flew in and packed light so this was very nice. There were a few bottles waters which we appreciated. It’s nice to have a few basics when you arrive. Weather was cool so unable to use the beautiful pool but we did take the short walk to the beach. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. Hope to return.

The rain was pouring on our check in day. They unlocked the door and put the keys on the counter right before we got there so it made bringing in luggage in the rain so much easier! Tony came out to meet us the next day and was very friendly and personable. We would definately stay here again.

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Our family can barely believe how awesome our vacation in this place was. We did so many things in the area, cocoa beach, Melbourne beach to see a sunset and 5 days in disney world parks. So the location of the house is perfect. The place itself is so quiet and cozy, and it’s much bigger than mike’s photos makes it seem. Very high ceiling helps a lot. The yard is a special place, you can feel that at some point in the past someone was very obsessed with it. So many little details and different kinds of trees. The sunroom is nice too, gets quite hot in a typical july afternoon but it’s perfect in the morning. Mike even allowed us to collect a pineapple and some mangos (they were the best we ever had). Really you can’t go wrong with mike’s place, he is a responsive host and his home is perfect. We were 2 adults with our 3 kids (2,3,6 years old) and we had all the space we needed. I cooked all our meal in the kitchen that has everything one needs.

Great spot and looking forward to staying there again. Easy beach access about a 5 minute drive.

Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Great location, the host is nice and very responsive, the home is clean and feels like a home away from home.

We celebrated New Year’s with a few days away as a family. We were looking for a place with enough space for all 10 of us, plus my dog. We needed tons of amenities to keep us entertained and we found all we needed here. Upon arrival the pool wasn’t full and ready but housekeeping was there taking care of it. The first night we had a minor inconvenience with the AC but it was taken care off immediately!!!!! I want to give a special thank you to Tom, who went above and beyond to help and make it up to us. Pam was extremely helpful and responsive. Ivan, Angel and Gus were amazing . And if you decide to stay here, you most definitely have to try the restaurant next door with fantastic seafood and drinks! As there logo says “think like a fish, drink like a fish.” The jewelry store was really cute and had tons of nice pieces I was able to purchase. The entire town was so nice , there wasn’t a person who didn’t greet you with a huge smile. I would only recommend the pool be painted.

Everything was great, but there was a pan filled with oil in the oven and the coffee pot was dirty and had an old coffee filter. Besides that no other complaints.

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

I like to cook so I was particularly happy to see the cabinets filled with spices, serving and cooking items, and such. I liked how responsive Lorraine was to our questions; very helpful. I'll definately consider renting again.

Debra’s place is wonderful! Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Beach is a short walk away. Many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. And Debra was a delight.

We booked to see the Europa Clipper rocket launch and have a family vacation. Of course this was the exact same plan as hurricane Milton. Stephen was incredibly accommodating and flexible given the hurricane and the dynamic nature of the rocket launch. We were able to rearrange on the fly. More importantly, coming with 3 kids, the listing completely undersold how accommodating it was for kids. This place had everything including beach toys, kids beach chairs, pool toys, floaties, a bumper for the bed. This place was incredible. Furthermore, there was milk, orange juice, oranges, and other food there when we got there so we didn't have to scramble to the grocery store immediately. This place truly is a gem and the listing does not do it justice. Stephen has a host was incredible, proactive, and really thought through what it means to be the guest. I would give this 6 stars if I could. Absolutely fantastic.

We enjoyed our time there very much. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

Very fun resort, kids had a blast, pool area had daily activities/games for the kids. Beach was a short walk across the street.

Linn was friendly and helpful. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The pool and backyard were perfect. There was ample space in the house for our large group, and we found the house to be private and well kept. Would highly recommend for a larger group or families. We enjoyed our stay. Linn was easy to get in touch with and the house had everything we needed.

Hostess was extremely active with her communication. Very helpful and provided information about local events. Thank you for the great house

Lori was very accommodating with our plans and kept us updated frequently. Even told us about a rocket launch that was happening.
