Family-friendly vacation rentals in Melbourne Beach

This was our first time, as a family, to be in the Cape Canaveral area! Stephen's home was just perfect for the 7 of us...... all having a very comfortable bed to sleep in! The pool was one of the highlights for the grandsons! Just a short walk to the beach to hang out or watch the Falcon 9 launches. Located close to amenities..... our family absolutely loved it here! The only disappointment we had was that we couldn't stay longer! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is a must stay, and quite literally an iconic landmark in the area! The host was beyond accommodating and friendly for our entire stay. The property speaks for itself, it’s on the water boasting absolutely stunning views in the home architecture is so unique. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were here for a work project and everything went absolutely wonderful. Amazing location, and the restaurant next-door we went to nearly every day! If we could’ve stayed here for another month, we would have. Do not miss your opportunity to stay here, The Grant House is the best. And the host Pam is wonderful!

I was on a budget and this place fit the bill. It is very quiet, there’s a place to sit out front and out back. It was very clean and roomy. Don’t expect the Hilton, it’s older but taken care of. Danna and Carey answered the only question I had…can I bring my small granddaughters over to play in the pool. The answer was a resounding YES! Very nice people.

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

Came down with a VA softball team and found a gem of a place. Pool, hot tub were great ways to relax and plenty of entertainment and great local restaurants. Highly recommend for a big group / family. Host was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. Two thumbs up!!!

The house had a nice layout and felt spacious. We enjoyed the lanai because of the privacy and comfortable furniture. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. The house is located 15 to 20 minutes from several beaches. One thing to note: the mattresses are all quite firm - which some people will prefer. Thank you for a great place to stay.

This was an absolutely beautiful home—just as gorgeous as the listing pictures. Not only was the place tidy, but it was also stocked with items for guests to use, from supplies and ingredients in the kitchen, to books and board games in the living room, and chairs for the beach. Konstantin himself is very responsive, friendly, and proactive—100% would visit this location again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Barry's cottage. Beautiful landscaping, quiet, nice pool and hot tub. Super convenient to the beach. Super comfortable bed. Added bonus is beautiful woodpecker (a quiet woodpecker!). I highly recommend this cottage.

The rain was pouring on our check in day. They unlocked the door and put the keys on the counter right before we got there so it made bringing in luggage in the rain so much easier! Tony came out to meet us the next day and was very friendly and personable. We would definately stay here again.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Our family can barely believe how awesome our vacation in this place was. We did so many things in the area, cocoa beach, Melbourne beach to see a sunset and 5 days in disney world parks. So the location of the house is perfect. The place itself is so quiet and cozy, and it’s much bigger than mike’s photos makes it seem. Very high ceiling helps a lot. The yard is a special place, you can feel that at some point in the past someone was very obsessed with it. So many little details and different kinds of trees. The sunroom is nice too, gets quite hot in a typical july afternoon but it’s perfect in the morning. Mike even allowed us to collect a pineapple and some mangos (they were the best we ever had). Really you can’t go wrong with mike’s place, he is a responsive host and his home is perfect. We were 2 adults with our 3 kids (2,3,6 years old) and we had all the space we needed. I cooked all our meal in the kitchen that has everything one needs.

We had an amazing stay here. The place was just as described. You could not ask for a better location, it is right next door to Ron Jon and is walking distance to the beach, putt putt, and restaurants. Joe was very responsive and available if needed. The house is outfitted with all necessities. My kids had a blast at the beach :)

John’s place is a quiet retreat away from the busy areas but close enough to get there in a few minutes. And the three minute walk to the beach is wonderful. The place is clean and John was responsive but not at all overbearing. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it for others.

Beautiful historical house with a great view of the river. Katherine accompanied our late arrival and stocked the house with fruit, muffins and drinks since we did not arrive until the middle of the night. Hope to stay longer next time!!

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

This was an amazing stay! The treehouse was so fun to explore inside and out. We appreciated all the little details including fresh eggs. The bed was comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Location was great also! Can’t wait to stay again!

Their place and all the care they put into offering so many extras makes it easy to fall in love with all Melbourne Beach has to offer and make you want to extend your stay. Comfy beds, super clean, awesome location convenient to everything, responsive communication, great place + amenities for all ages, super friendly neighbors, a clean grill that actually works!, lovely outdoor spaces, adequate amounts of toilet paper... we hope to return asap.

We had a great stay! We enjoyed visiting Kennedy Space Center and the beach! Merritt Island is beautiful. The Island Oasis was just perfect for our family of Five and Josh was a great host!
