The place is clean, well maintained and confortable. The host is responsive and kind.

The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

5stars for everything! Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom, we stayed for 3 nights, and rested divinely. Every morning there is a great breakfast of your choice, included in the price, the place is evocative and romantic. I highly recommend living the experience in this accommodation and being able to visit the places around because it is very beautiful. Great value for money!!
