The owner is very quick to respond. Prior to our arrival he sent very detailed instructions on getting to the house and on local sights that are worth seeing. The house is ideal and was very clean. It has all that is needed with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. The owner is an artist and the house is decorated with his pictures. There is off street parking for two cars and there are bikes in the shed for local cycling if you wish to. Ideally located for Santander and for local sights including the mountains.

The stay at Tanias house was great! The house is super spacious and was absolutely clean. The furniture and decoration was tasteful and we felt right at home. I wish we could have used the pool, sadly it was too cold. We adored the large windows that allowed us to feel like we were sitting in the garden. Bilbao was an easy 12 minute ride by car and there was a huge supermarket nearby. Tania was friendly and greeted us on our first day. We would always come back here when we’re in the area again

It was all spectacular; the location, the house, the garden... It was a weekend of friends and we all liked it. Also, I have brought 3 b*****s who enjoyed it with the very good care and fenced ground. Surely we repeat experience.

Communication with Patricia was excellent and very good tips for visiting the area. The house is very well furnished and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The pool is a plus. The mountains are breathtaking landscapes. If you are athletic (trail running, cycling), you will enjoy it. The nights are very quiet. I would this property.

we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

Jesus is super attentive. Despite being on a trip, he responded very quickly to everything and was always available during the stay. The house is beautiful and very well maintained.

Nadine and Oscar live very close nearby and we’re very responsive. The accommodation is in a beautiful old bill and the home itself is very old. Therefore don’t expect all mod cons - the heating is through a wood stove. But that added to its charm for us.

It was wonderful, we were a large group and we don't have a single complaint. We loved it and would come back if we could.

What an amazing cottage…despite the remote location, David and Paula had created a beautiful and tranquil base for weary travellers. We felt right at home immediately, the house is IMMACULATE! Many nice touches such as ponchos to keep warm, fire started to heat the house prior to arrival.. the house is extremely well equipped with all essentials from kettle, toaster, cooker etc…David even setup the bbq in case we want to use it! We were sorry we didn’t go for any walk around as we had been on the road for many hours prior, I am sure it is as picturesque as other guests had described and will definitely make it a point to do so the next time we visit. Thank you David for your hospitality and time to chat with us

The house is very clean and comfortable, the surrounding environment is particularly good, and it is very close to the Safari Zoo.The host was warm and welcoming and prepared to give us a very good tasty handmade cake.And their dogs are very loved ones and their horses are very sweet.We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

The most important thing for us is that the dogs are comfortable. The large, fully fenced garden made us feel safe and they enjoyed it like puppies. We'll definitely be back because Chuco was very kind and everything was great. It's not easy to go out with 5 dogs and find a paradise for them. This is undoubtedly it. Anyone who wants a place for their dogs and for them to be comfortable, this is the place without a doubt. The house has all the amenities for us too. Everything was in perfect condition. Impeccable cleanliness and a meticulously cared-for garden. We want to say that we have 5 Chows. Medium-large size and that hasn't been a problem for Chuco. Near the house there is also a route that can be done with the dogs or alone. The place is very nice, a short distance from Hoznayo and near Santander. This has become our favorite place to take the dogs and spend a few quiet days with them. As I said before, we'll be back.

Very quite house and perfect location if you need calm or if you like hiking. You can find everything (supermarket, restaurants, bakery...and wifi) in Polientes at 8 minutes by car. Cristina was very helpful ans gave us lots of advices.

We had an amazing time disconnecting for a few days. The facilities are perfect and comfortable. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Valles Pasiegos, just half an hour from many places of interest and the highway itself. The area is very quiet, ideal to disconnect and Amalia, its owner is a sweetheart. We ordered the New Year's Eve dinner where she indicated and it was a success. We will definitely be back.

We felt right at home, Raquel was super nice and recommended places to eat, see and buy souvenirs of the trip, the house was beautiful. We were very comfortable and her little dog Lola was a super sweetheart. He was thoughtful to leave us things in the house, drinks, food, but what blew us away were his homemade muffins, spectacular, you should definitely go!! The lowest score is 10 out of 10. The place is perfect, one bathroom per floor, comfortable beds, bright, heated, perfect terrace... Communication with Oier was quick and smooth at all times. With access to the urbanization facilities, a great addition. A highly recommended place to stay.

The very large and clean house was perfect for our group, consisting of two couples with two teenagers. The rooms are bright and the mattresses comfortable. There are three very comfortable bathrooms and a laundry area. The location is not far from the sea, where there is a beautiful beach and some places to dine. For us it was very pleasant, after spending the days in Bilbao, animated by the crowd and the initiatives of the Great Week, to return to the peace of our little house.
