Monthly Rentals in Medical Lake

This is my second time to rent James's place. It is close to my family with many amenities I enjoy. It has a well appointed kitchen with kitchen tools and spices to make any meal a treat. It is well lit during day or night. Following a bit of cold, snowy weather he came to put down ice melt to be sure the entrance was safe for walking. I accidentally left a bag and he was quick to communicate with me about how to retrieve the missing items. I hope to return again. Geri

We enjoyed our month long stay at Sarah's place! We are relocating to Spokane and it was a great place to stay as we explored the area. Sarah was extremely responsive with anything that came up. We highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Spokane! Our pup loved the special bowl Sarah left ao much that we had to buy her one when we checked out:)

It was just what we needed , We loved are stay, so beautiful and peaceful everywhere you looked. Highly recommend, Michelle was so kind and responsive. Watching the sunset was beautiful while staying warm and relaxed in the hot tub. We would love to come back and visit again. 🙌✨️

We had a beautiful, peaceful weekend at the cabin. We went fishing and enjoyed our time together. It was the perfect getaway. We highly recommend this spot. Patrick was super friendly and made a perfect host. Thank you so much!
