Monthly Rentals in Mé-Zóchi

The area is safe and quiet, and located close to the center. Ju as a host was proactive and helpful in many ways, and was willing to help us out with whatever we needed. I felt really comfortable staying there. One minor (even irrelevant) inconvenience for us was that one bathroom had hot water whilst the other didn't. It was not a problem taking turns. I would recommend the house to anyone wanting to visit Sao Tome.

A beautiful green oasis in a very relaxed local neighbourhood. The house is spacious and breezy, super clean and surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical flowers. Arcádio is a very helpful host, he picked us up at the airport and helped us out with local information, recommendations and transport. Also, he spoiled us with lovely fruit and vegetables from his garden. We stayed with our two kids and it is a very child friendly place. The location is close to São Tomé city and convenient for exploring waterfalls, Monte Café, botanical garden etc. Muito obrigada Arcádio!

Lovely and charming home. Elisa was kind and helpful providing a lot of recommendations of things to do. We were a bit confused of where to go and didn’t have phone data upon arrival - so make sure you get clear instructions of where the house is and preferably a driver or taxi organized before you land. Filamena and Hugo were wonderful hosts (though I only had the chance to meet Hugo). I set up an airport pickup which made check in easy. Hugo is friendly, intelligent, and speaks fantastic English. The house is clean and safe. Fast wifi is a huge plus. It's a bit out if the center, but I enjoyed the 20 minute walks in
