Monthly Rentals in Maydown

This is a beautiful, extremely well-furnished and equipped apartment. Marc was very quick to call me back when I had a question on the location. Great selection of entertainment available on the smart TV for anyone planning to stay in.

Emma was the perfect host with excellent communication and the welcome pack and information folder was much appreciated and informative. The cottage is the perfect small cottage for its time. My grandfather used to fish for salmon etc with the local fisherman many many years ago from in front of the cottage where they hung the nets and went out to fish from. The cottage is superbly presented and decorated to a high standard. Emma has thoughtfully stacked the cottage with everything a visitor could ask for and then some.. From the kitchen electricals to binoculars for bird/seal watching out the front window to the Foyle. We partcularly liked eating meals at the small table in the front room, sitting with a view of the Foyle and the changing of the tides flowing past the cottage. Our visit was sadly for an uncles funeral but Emma and the cottage made the visit easier..

Wonderful host, beautiful place, great amenities!

I am very grateful I got to spend Christmas at my favourite Airbnb! As always, the house was perfectly clean with every possible amenity, and this time there were even some lovely Christmas decorations. Rosemary is always very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. We had a wonderful time going into Derry a few times, up to Moville and the Ballybrack Beach Walk, and the Gortmore Viewpoint. The location is perfect and peaceful, and everything about the house is always cosy and comfortable. I always look forward to my next stay! A million thanks to Rosemary as always.
