Beautifully maintained & immaculately presented, with all the home comforts needed for a perfect home from home stay. Perfectly located for exploring the area whilst providing a comfortable stay with plenty to keep everyone occupied whilst at the property. Pool table & air hockey big hit with my kids! We also loved the fire pit & hot tub. The setting is idyllic, nestled amongst woodland you feel like you have truly escaped the hustle and bustle, whilst being close enough to explore nearby Greenville as well as the many beautiful lakes, mountains, rivers, waterfalls, state parks. Whilst this is a basement apartment, you totally do not feel like you are sharing the space. It is completely self contained and Toya the host is on hand should you need her. We called on her quite a bit during our stay for recommendations, but should you want to be left to your own devices that would also be no problem. Cannot recommend Toya and this property enough ... already planning our next stay!

My team and I absolutely enjoyed our stay with Talia! The back patio space was amazing and we spent a majority of our time back there. There is an extraordinary amount of things to do in the local area, and I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Fountain Inn area to stay with Talia.

Our stay at Juan’s home was wonderful. We enjoyed the home and the area. We enjoyed walking the trail and the shops within walking distance. The home was spacious and clean, the linens were fresh and clean, the pool area was clean and inviting. We loved the extra little things that were special to our stay and made us feel welcome. Kelly's place is located right on Paris mountain and has the best view of the city! She was super responsive to all my needs and made the whole experience a breeze. The space had everything you needed and helpful labels to help you locate everything. I would definitely stay here again :)

This place is a standout. Our family frequently uses vacation homes and this place ranks among the best. Very spacious, ample seating inside and out, great open space inside and out for a large family or several families. It's bright, airy with wonderful views of the surrounding area. Beds were very comfortable. The outdoors were marvelous with much to do. We had a minor issue that Travis dealt with immediately. Great host, great place!

We rented this house for the week of Christmas. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together. The view of the lake was great! The house was as described and met all of our needs from the bedding and towels to the kitchen cooking accessories. Would love to rent this in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor space.

My now husband and I rented this place for us and our wedding party to stay at for our wedding weekend. The house was beautiful and the hosts were very kind. The billiards room was especially fun for our group, and the back deck was a perfect hang out spot. I was very happy that the neighborhood felt safe.

The bedding and towels are great, beds are comfortable. Very clean, very inviting, awesome welcoming touches. Would 100% stay here again!!

This was probably the most beautiful home we rented. Douglas was a great host and very responsive. We had so much fun with the heated pool and hot tub. The kids and adults loved the game room also. Everything was perfect. I never rate a 10 across the board. This home was a 10 and has everything you could need. We will definitely rent again.
