Jane was friendly and communicative. She made sure we were comfortable and was ready to provide anything we needed to make our stay pleasant. Her directions were very clear and check in was easy. She even helped us to make the most of our stay by recommending the best places to visit. It was altogether a very pleasant visit.

I had a lovely stay! The apartment is wonderful - full of character (and clearly very old!) yet with all the modern touches you need. The kitchen and bathroom were both very modern and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and despite the frost outside, it was very warm and cosy! The location is fantastic. You literally walk out onto the historic high street of Ledbury - a beautiful little town. I greatly enjoyed the restaurants and independent coffee shops! I had a lovely time and would DEFINITELY return!
