I'm very, very satisfied The house was so clean and it was a convenient structure to organize my luggage, the house was warm, and the hot water came out well. It was also close to the ruins, so I was able to walk. It was the most pleasant place to stay in Italy

Host was amazing!! Probably best host we’ve had in Italy! He sent so many local recommendations and history of Matera! Was always responsive and flexible with our last minute travel changes. Apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here in Matera!

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

We had a wonderful few days in Patrizia’s beautiful Sassi Cave house in the amazing ancient City of Matera. The house was super clean and very comfortable and the views from the three outdoor terraces are nothing short of amazing and totally exceeded our expectation which were high. There was only two of us but the house would be ideal for two couples sharing. The property is in the centre of the Sassi district of the old town which is extremely walkable. This is the most amazing place that we have ever stayed, great restaurants nearby. Patrizia is a very helpful responsive host who went who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

warm welcome by Raf's mamma, safe car in a parking lot 10 m away, everything is done on foot, the sassis, the new city, the lights at sunset and dawn are magical leaks. and warm departure also by Raf, with a kind surprise..... if I come back, it will be here, if friends have to visit Matera, I force them to come there too.

Can’t fault the location, quality of the accommodation, and helpfulness of the host! Super comfy couch, beautiful bathroom, soft bed giving us the best sleep of our trip. Our host even helped with guidance to the nearest car park for our car overnight.

Wonderfully responsive host with lots of recommendations of places to eat. Great location 5 minute walk to pick up tour for the Olive orchards. Very clean.

Nice apartment in the center of Altamura, built around the concept of sharing and recycling. The pictures are accurate and we found the apartment was cleaned just before we arrived. Marcello is a very helpful host and was very flexible in letting us check in a few hours earlier. He also texted us every day to make sure everything was good. Recommended if you are looking for a cozy place in the heart of Altamura with a creative atmosphere. All the best Marcello - we'll be back for sure if we are in Altamura.

Very rare living experience.The location is in the best place in Sassi, the decoration is very styled and the quality of the homeware is very good.Better than many five star hotels. Recommended!

The location is fantastic, absolutely central in Matera. You are direktly in the heart of Sassi. The apartment is indescribably great. I love the cave apartment. It is one of my best stay ever. The communication is excellent. We had a really good time there. If i visit Matera again, i will definitely stay here again.

It is a lovely home and Anita is a delight! Homemade goodies arrived for breakfast and they were delicious. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay Villa Rosa and would highly recommend to anyone. Firstly the Villa itself is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and the apartments modern and well decorated. Great AC, very comfy beds and pillows and all the amenities you would need for cooking in the kitchen. Our hosts were very friendly, providing a guidebook on arrival and very responsive over text. There is no parking given its right in the city centre, but we never had any trouble finding a convenient free spot on the street outside. On top of all of this, the location couldn’t be more perfect. Easy access from the airports and to many surrounding towns and beaches, but we also loved being able to stroll into conversano which has excellent restaurants, bars and regular town events. Finally we also loved the addition of the friendly Villa cats and kittens who like to say hello and have a cuddle :) One of the best places we’ve stayed- thank you

Everything was fantastic, and the apartment and the location and the hosts, we had delicious gifts, the beds were very comfortable, it's cozy and has everything we needed, we will come back again if we are visiting Bari again!

The location of the property is excellent, with great park views. Great public transportation, including an airport bus right in front of the door. Grocery stores nearby. Restaurants for every taste. The host was very friendly and responded quickly and took care of everything we requested. He also volunteered about all kinds of events in the area related to Christmas.

Magnificent experience, the b&b is as described, excellent for relaxation and visiting the city of Matera, as it is very close to the center and easily accessible on foot. Very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend

Beautiful apartment! The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and huge it is. You probably can't live in a better location. Close to the train station and the old town. Very friendly owners who are very easy to get in touch with. I will definitely come back.

Everything was very well. Apartment with 2 matrimonial bedrooms, living room f spacious with a sofa bed and 2 fixed, 2 large bathrooms, kitchen+ large dining place, bright, well-equipped, 2 balconies. 4th floor with a little slow elevator and capacity of max 2 persons .
